Freudenthal의 수학화 활동을 위한 중학교 대수영역의 학습 자료 개발 = (The) Development of learning materials for the middle school algebra based on mathematising activity of Freudenthal

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 수학에서 처음 접하게 되는 대수 영역에서 대수의 필요성과 유용성을 인식시키고 실생활의 다양한 예를 통한 흥미 유발과 다양한 표현의 기회 및 의사 소통의 기회를 제공하여 대수적 사고를 발달시킬 수 있는 학습자료를 개발하고 교사들이 이를 활용할 수 있도록 지도안을 제시하는 것이다.
이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하고 연구 하였다.
1. 중학교 1, 3학년 대수 영역에서 Freudenthal의 수학화 활동에 적합한 학습 소재 또는 학습 자료와 이를 지도하기 위한 교수-학습 지도안은 어떻게 구성되어야 하는가?
2. 개발한 학습 자료에 대한 현직 교사의 호응도는 어떠한가?
학습자료 개발과 학습지도안 개발의 이론적 근거를 마련하기 위하여 문헌연구를 통해 대수 지도의 목적과 역사적 발생과정 및 문제점, 중학교 대수영역의 교육과정, Freudenthal의 수학화 이론, 네델란드의 현실적 수학교육과 Freudenthal의 수학화 관점에서 본 대수지도의 방향을 살펴보았다. RME의 학습 지도 원리와 Freudenthal의 수학화 관점에서 본 대수지도의 방향을 토대로 학습 자료와 지도안의 개발 방향을 설정하였고 개발한 학습자료에 대한 교사의 호응도 분석을 통해 수정·보완하였다.
본 연구에서 개발한 학습 자료는 학생 주변에서 관찰 가능한 실생활의 다양한환경을 제시하여 학생들이 교사의 안내를 통해 자기 스스로 수학적 개념을 재발명하여 설명하고 해석하는 활동을 위주로 했다. 그리고 대수의 특성을 나타내주는 구체적인 현상 활동을 통해서 개념을 도입한 후에 점진적으로 형식화해 나가도록 구성하였다.
개발한 학습자료는 교사가 효율적인 지도를 위한 수업계획을 세우는데 활용할 수 있을 것이며 대수 교육 지도의 문제점을 개선하는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop the learning material that students recognize necessity of algebra and usefulness in contact initially from middle school mathematic and raise learner's interest from verity of real present, offer the opportunity of various expression and communication as improving algebraic thinking, and to propose the teaching guides that teacher use.
To offer a theoretical basis of developed learning material and teaching plan, it was investigated that the objection of algebra instruction, history occurrence process and it's problems, Freudenthal's mathematical theory, Realistic Mathematical Education in the Netherlands and the direction of algebra instruction in the point of view of Freudenthal's mathematising and the 7th middle school mathematics curriculum was analyzed for a reconstruct of algebra strends range and an arrangement of development direction.
Developing learning material was amended and complement through analysis of teacher's responses.
The developing learning material in this study was mainly made of matter that observatioing it presented the environment which the real present when it is possible is various from student circumference and the students guidance of the teacher self recurrence they gave an order it explains they were active mathematics concept oneself and with putting first.
And the concrete actual condition activity to show the quality of algebra to lead and after in order introducing a concept, type reconciliation to go out progressively, it composed.
Consequently, the developing learning material will use teaching plan for efficient instruction to teacher and will help to improve a problem of algebra instruction.
