학생이 지각한 부자유친성정과 사제유친성정 및 청소년비행과의 관계 연구

This study performed on the aim for the inquiry of correlation between teacher-student relationship and juvenile delinquency surveying a degree of Bu Ja Uy Chin Sung Cheong(the intimacy between father and son) on the base of identity and devotion between father and son. An assumption of this study is from a view of matter that the fundamental origin of human relationship in Korea is the family and the ties between a harmonious family and its members are a basis of personal relationship as well as that of peaceful society.
To achieve this object, this study focused on the establishment of seven hypotheses. First process was to show that whether there was a meaningful difference between Bu Ja Uy Chin Sung Cheong and Sa Je Uy Chin Sung Cheong(the intimacy between teacher and student) according to demographic variables.
As the result, it showed that there was a meaningful difference in school groups, fathers' job types, fathers' monthly pay and academic careers, family culture, and the order of birth among brothers from the viewpoint of Bu Ja Uy Chin Sung Cheong. And also it interpreted that there was no meaningful difference in sex distinction, school location, father's age, ancestor worship, and parental type.
Next, this study established the relationship among Bu Ja Uy Chin Sung Cheong, Sa Je Uy Chin Sung Cheong, openness of father-and-son's communication, openness of teacher-student's communication including whether these variables effect juvenile delinquency. In order to verify this fact pearson correlation analysis was preferentially performed.
The result showed a meaningful and positive correlation between Bu Ja Uy Chin Sung Cheong in the family and Sa Je Uy Chin Sung Cheong in the school. And it clarified that the openness of communication level between father and son in the family showed a meaningful and positive correlation similar to that of communication level between teacher and student in the school. In connection with juvenile delinquency, Bu Ja Uy Chin Sung Cheong and Sa Je Uy Chin Sung Cheong proved to have a negative effect having a kind of meaning. Only a factor in particular, 'identity' one of two subordinate factors of Bu Ja Uy Chin Sung Cheong came out evidence having a positive effect in forming Sa Je Uy chin Sung Cheong.
Summing up these study consequences, it was clarified that the way of forming a connection in the personal relationship - the relationship between father and son in particular proved to transfer into the personal relationship as well as into that between teacher and student in the school. And also it clarified that the way of education at home, that is, the conversation between father and son and the formation of identity were important.
