정신장애인의 직업유지에 영향을 미치는 직업재활요인 탐색 = (A) Exploratory research on the Vocational Rehabilitation Factors affecting on the job maintenance for the Mental disorders

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study should be considered much factors on the job maintenance for the mental disorders, but mental disorders who this study does not keep job in local community, investigating individual characteristics, vocational rehabilitation program factors, vocational - environmental factors that is among vocational rehabilitation leading factors that affect in group (more than 6 months) which do job maintenance and group (below 1 month) which do not job maintenance have purpose to grope various plan to do vocational rehabilitation successfully keeping job.
Examined what influence each factors exert on group (more than 6 months) which do job maintenance and group (below 1 month) which do not job maintenance executing questionnaire for the mental disorders with experience in vocational rehabilitation program that dependent variable chose factors by individual characteristics, vocational rehabilitation program factors, vocational - environmental factors among vocational rehabilitation factor that affecting job maintenance through existent literature study for this.
Group which do job maintenance who is study finding dependent variable more than 6 months was 57, and group which do below 1 month was 37.
To use of Logistic Regression in order to find out the effect of independent variable between group which do more than 6 months in job maintenance and group which do not job maintenance by 1 month low to verify establishing a hypothesis in front.
The main results of analysis of the data are as followed.
First, the hypothesis 1. individual characteristics factors that will affect in the mental disorder's job maintenance
Second, if summarize relation with vocational rehabilitation program factors and job maintenance
The hypothesis 2-1 length of time in vocational rehabilitation program factors were to influence positively on job maintenance for the mental disorders.
The hypothesis 2-2 length of time in vocational rehabilitation program to influence positively on job maintenance for the mental disorders were reject.
Also, hypothesis 2-3 Satisfactional degree of vocational rehabilitation program were to influence negatively on job maintenance for the mental disorders.
Third, the hypothesis 3-1 work environment element to influence positively on job maintenance for the mental disorders were turned out to have very significant influence.
The hypothesis 3-2 Social support element to influence positively on job maintenance for the mental disorders were reject.
The hypothesis 3-3 Case management element (after the management) to influence positively on job maintenance for the mental disorders were reject.
Based on the results, the implications of this study are as follows :
First, because the mental disorders work environment element's importance after employment was emphasized, vocational training necessity of nearest the workplace may was required, and need social worker's development of program and access, practice
Also the mental disorders maintaining a job, synthetic harmony should be provide support etc.. that emphasize in private environment, vocational rehabilitation program environment, job environment after an employment.
The mental disorders who have not maintained their job by 1 month low keeps job maintenance and who have maintained their job more than six month must to accomplish individualized, discriminated vocational rehabilitation program and an employment post management
Second, Satisfactional degree of vocational rehabilitation program had not aninfluence on job maintenance for the mental disorders.
As a result, if vocational rehabilitation program for the mental disorders, who are excellent general function and social one had been discriminately performed as for those degree, those negatively result would have not showed up.
This consequence, if the mental disorders who are excellent general function and social function were advanced to individualize vocational rehabilitation program negatively consequence should not.
Therefore, we can know that need individualized, discriminated vocational rehabilitation program development and operation for the mental disorders who have maintained their job more than six month at vocational rehabilitation institution.
Third, an expert on vocational rehabilitation in vocational rehabilitation institution will have to try more important on about employment environment of mental disorders their employment connection and heighten working environment satisfaction after employment
Fourth, so that mental disorder heighten working environment satisfactional degree after an employment, will individualize contents of vocational rehabilitation program according to and should be specialized so that can master a necessary technology and knowledge systematically in special and various employment before an employment.
Fifth, activate more mental disorder supported employment system that issupporting in government for the mental disorders who have not maintained their job by 1 month low, will have to try so that can heighten job environment satisfactional degree after their employment.
