보웬의 가계도를 활용한 부부의 자아분화 향상 프로그램의 개발 : 결혼5년이내 부부를 중심으로 = (The) Development of Marital Self-Differentiation Improving Program Using Bowen's Family Genogram

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this program is, first, to have a look at the study which says that the rapid increase of marital difficulties in modern society is getting more among the newly-married couples. Second is to help them understand and adapt to the new marriage life with the insight for family so that we might prevent the problems.
The newly-married couples are to adapt themselves to the new life pattern called "Married". 'The Bowen's family systems theory' and precedent studies say that it is a good plan for the adaptation to differentiate themselves each other and that the increase of individual differentiation of self is necessary for the good marital relationship.
There are so many who got married without the education nor preparation for the new life, seeing only the ideal side of the other and the marriage. Therefore, I am to organize the program to help improve the individual self-differentiation and marital adaption for the newlyweds who are going through the most important time of that.
The program is consisted of 6 terms, which encourages them to have concern for his/her family of origin relationship utilizing Bowen's genogram and to have the insight into the "family". This goes on with small groups 120 min's lectures with workbooks, OHP and VTR, etc. targetting the couples married in 5 years.
Term 1 (family of origin)
Consisted of games for the intimacy among the participants as an orientation, lectures for the importance of the family of origin and study of their self-differentiation levels and triangles in dysfunction.
Term 2 ("family" viewed with lineage)
Devised to inquire his and partner's growth background and to understand objectively each other, helping perceive the position and function of individuals in family and how the family of origin affects the nuclear families.
Term 3 (Framing the family genogram)
With the education of framing the lineage, they're expected to research own origin of family and to draw it up.
Term 4 (Understanding my family)
Through the analysis of lineage, we can see how it affects the emotional process in nuclear families and so, there can be interactive changes among the original families.
Term 5 (our family genogram)
Combining each partner's lineage, they can complete the new family tree and analyze it. With this, they can find out mutual effects and the part to be improved together so that they might get a new plans.
Term 6 (our family promise)
Designed to understand the partner and to make new family rules as a practical way to ordain their relationship newly.
Therefore, This program is to apply self differentiation of Bowen's systems theory to those in early marriage life, which is significant to inquire own family of origin through lineage.
This is for the new married couples to be applied so that they might be emotionally independent from the origin of family with proper differentiation.
It is expected that the improvement of the adoption to present marriage life will bring the better quality in coming marriage life.
