한국가정에 있어서 고부갈등에 대한 통합적인 가족치료적 접근에 관한 연구 = (A) Study on The Integrated Family Therapeutic approach to Resolve The Conflict Between Mother & Daughter In-Law

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the reason for the conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law resulted from the speciality in Korean culture based on the Bowen's Family System Theory, Minuchin's Structural Family Theory and Solution-Focused Family Theory and suggest the consolidated remedial alternative focused on above three theories.
First, I see the effect of family community influenced to each individual in the family in consideration of the speciality in Korean family.
And then, I mainly consider the concepts of differentiation of self and triangle in the Bowen's theory in order to enhance client's understanding on family system theory and try to help daughter-in-law and mother-in-law with conflicts understand each other by showing them family tree corresponding to three generations. And also, we perform the work to establish the defined borderline of the subsystem in the family of being coherent, integrated and understood based on the concepts of structure, subsystem and borderline.
Last, I consolidate and use the Solution-Focused Family Theory for the purpose of seeking the power potentially exists in the family in order to find out the solution for the exceptional situation and problem other than the common ones in the family in consideration of relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law in which the direct and defined communication are not easy as compared with the relationship in the western countries where reason and rationality are emphasized.
As the result, the consolidated family remedial alternative known as "Remedy Intervention 5 Steps" consolidating the Bowen's theory, Minuchin's Structural Family Theory and Solution-Focused Family Theory is suggested for the treatment of conflict between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law.
But, the limit of this study is that this consolidated remedial alternative is not actually used in the real consultation and it is suggested only in the theory, so I will suggest the effect and limit of the consolidated remedial alternative in the next paper after using it in the real consultation field.
