정서인식의 명확성, 정서의 수용과 정서적 지지, 그리고 심리적 안녕과의 관계 = (A) study on relationships among the emotional clarity, emotional acceptance, emotional support, and psychological well-being

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 정서인식의 명확성과 심리적 안녕 사이에서 정서의 수용과 정서적 지지의 매개 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 427명을 대상으로 하여 정서인식의 명확성, 정서의 수용, 정서적 지지, 그리고 심리적 안녕을 측정하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였고 구조방정식 모형 접근법(EQS)을 이용한 경로분석을 실시하였다.
본 연구에서 정서인식의 명확성과 심리적 안녕 사이에서 정서의 수용과 정서적 지지가 매개하는 매개모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과 가정한 매개 모형이 유의미한 경로계수와 부합도를 보임으로써 적합한 모형으로 확인되었다. 또한 매개 모형에 대한 두 가지 비교모형의 검증에 있어서도 비교모형들이 매개모형보다 모두 낮은 수준의 부합도를 보임으로써 가설적 매개 모형의 적합성을 지지해주는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
직접경로를 추가한 수정모형과 매개모형을 비교한 결과, 수정모형이 매개모형에 비해 더 적합한 모형으로 확인되었다. 수정모형은 부분매개모형으로 정서 인식의 명확성이 정서의 수용과 정서적 지지를 통하여 간접적으로만 심리적 안녕에 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 심리적 안녕에 직접적으로도 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
끝으로 본 연구가 지니는 의의와 상담에서의 함의, 제한점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A purpose of this study was to verify the mediate effect of the emotional acceptance and support in relation to the emotional clarity and psychological well-being. For the study, 427 college students were questioned of their emotional clarity, emotional acceptance, emotional support, and psychological well-being. The path analysis method of EQS was employed for analysis.
The research examined the mediate model that is intermediated by the emotional acceptance and support between the emotional clarity and psychological well-being. The examination showed the model is optimal, however the other two substitute models are not optimal.
The other examination showed the modified model that is added to the direct path was more optimal than the mediate model. The modified model as the partial mediate model meant that the emotional clarity affected both directly and indirectly psychological well-being through the emotional acceptance and support.
In the concluding part, the significance and limits of the study and implications of the counseling and suggestions for future were discussed.
