유아교육 예비교사의 교직관에 관한 연구 = (A) STUDY ON THE PRELIMINARY TEACHERS' VIEW ON THE TEACHING PROFESSION

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference between 4 year university students and college students in terms of the view on the teaching profession.
The subjects of this study who have been inquired by a form of questionnaire are randomly selected, who are about 700 preliminary teachers, who will graduate from a college or a university around Kyoung-sang-buk-do area including Dae-gu city, who will be kindergarten teachers in near future. The content of the questionnaire is re-organized to meet with the purpose of this study, based on that of the previous study. For the statistic analysis, the MANOVA has been conducted.
The major findings are as follows:
First, the difference in the recognition of teaching profession is statistically not found between two groups of students.
Second, in individual capacity, the difference between two groups is not significantly found according to the analysis of the statistic.
Third, It is shown that the 4 year university students more importantly recognition the professional qualities than college students.
Fourth, It is shown in the study that college students are much more satisfied with their social and economic statue as teachers in the future than 4 year university students.
Fifth, in the recognition of dealing with the problems on child education, college students more seriously recognize than 4 year university students.
