교육행정가로서 유아교육기관 원장의 자질에 관한 연구 = (The) study about quality of the infant educational institution director in an educational administration

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교육행정가로서 유아교육기관 원장의 자질에 대한 원장 자신이 지각한 것을 각 유아교육기관의 형태별, 설립별, 연령별, 경력별로 차이가 있는지를 살펴보고, 자질에 대한 인식을 정리하는 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적을 주고 실시하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 위해 설정한 연구 문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 원장은 자신의 인성적 자질을 어떻게 지각하고 있으며, 가장 바람직하다고 기대하는 요소들은 무엇인가?
둘째, 원장은 자신의 전문적 자질을 어떻게 지각하고 있으며, 가장 바람직하다고 기대하는 요소들은 무엇인가?
셋째, 원장은 자신의 지도적 자질을 어떻게 지각하고 있으며, 가장 바람직하다고 기대하는 요소들은 무엇인가?
본 연구를 위한 대상은 부산시·마산시·창원시·양산시에 있는 공·사립유치원장 151명을 선정하여 유치원장의 자질에 대한 원장 자신의 지각에 대한 의견을 설문지를 통하여 조사하였다. 설문지의 주요 내용은 첫째, 교육행정가로서 원장 자질의 실제, 둘째, 교육행정가로서 원장 자질의 기대요인으로 총 64문항으로 구성되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 통계기법을 사용하여 빈도분석과 교차분석 일원변량분석(ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 그리하여 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 교육행정가로서 유아교육기관 원장은 현장에서 자신의 인성적 자질에 대한 평균이 3.86으로 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 설립유형과 원장의 연령, 경력에 따른 통계적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 사립 유아교육기관 원장, 41-50세, 16년 이상이 가장 높게 나타났다.
둘째, 교육행정가로서 유아교육기관 원장은 전체적으로는 전문적 자질에 대한 평균이 3.76으로 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 연령과 경력에 따른 통계적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 51세 이상(평균 3.87), 16년 이상(평균 3.99)이 가장 높게 나타났다.
셋째, 유아교육기관 교육행정가로서 유아교육기관 원장은 전체적으로는 지도적 자질의 대한 평균이 4.12로 아주 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다. 변인별로 살펴보면 설립 유형에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났는데 사립유아교육기관 원장(평균 4.15)이 높게 나타났다.

By a form of an each infant educational institution with what did, and by establishment, and by consciousness age director oneself about the infant educational institution director's quality, a career watched whether there was a difference particularly this study in an educational administration. And have a purpose so that an offer does a basic data to straighten up recognition about quality.
The study problem that set up for this study is as follows:
1. How is there the infant educational institution director with consciousness with own humanity enemy quality?
What are elements to expect if be desirable?
2. How is there the infant educational institution director with consciousness with own professional quality?
What are elements to expect if be desirable?
3. How is there the infant educational institution director with consciousness with own map enemy quality?
What are elements to expect if be desirable?
The object for this study selected BuSan-Si, Masan-si, Changwon-si, a public institution in Yangsan-si and private institution kindergarten chapter 151 people, and examined an opinion about director own consciousness about the infant educational institution director's quality through a questionnaire.
Were expectation of the infant educational institution director's quality, and the main contents of a questionnaire were composed of a total 64 question item with phosphorus in the real and an educational administration width of the infant educational institution director's quality in an educational administration.
Used a SPSS statistical technique, and the collected data executed frequency analysis and cross table, ANOVA.
The results that be played, and was got are so as follows:
The first , as for the infant educational institution director, average about own humanity enemy quality appeared with positive thing with 3.86 in the spot in an educational administration.
The time disguise that appeared with an establishment type and age of the director, thing with a statistical difference along a career, and it was with the time that was the private institution infant educational institution director, 41-50 years old, and time, a career rose than l6years appeared high.
The second, as for the infant educational institution director, average about professional quality appeared with positive thing with 3.76 generally in an educational administration.
Appeared with age and thing with a statistical difference along a career, and 16 years (an average of 3.99) was the highest, and a career appeared than 51 years old (an average of 3.87).
The third, as for the infant educational institution director, the average that map enemy quality faced appeared with very positive thing with 4.12 generally in an infant educational institution educational administration.
Appeared with thing with the difference that noted only in an establishment type statistically if it watched particularly that was an excreta, but the private institution infant educational institution director (an average of 4.15) appeared high.
