중등학교 국사과 수행평가 유형 및 평가기준 개발 = Development of Criteria and Patterns of Korean History Performance Assessment in the Secondary School

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to introduce rational and reliable evaluation criteria and develop various patterns of Korean History Performance Assessment(KHPA) in the secondary school according to the criteria.
To achieve this purpose, applications of KHPA and problems derived from the applications were analyzed as follows :
First, the evaluation criteria of the 10 secondary schools in Chollabukdo and the 10 secondary schools selected randomly on the Internet were analyzed.
Second, questionnaires were presented to 50 Korean History teachers selected randomly in Chonbuk secondary schools and the results were analyzed.
On the basis of the preceding research and the results of the questionnaire research and analysis, rational and reliable evaluation criteria were made and various 28 patterns on KHPA were developed according to the criteria in this study.
According to this study, it is analyzed that 2-3 KHPA patterns are usually likely to be used in the school due to the relatively easier scoring method. As a result, objectivity and reliability of KHPA are apt to be low on account of too large class for scoring and deficiency of various KHPA materials.
Finally, some suggestions could be made as follows.
Some evaluation criteria and patterns on KHPA introduced in this study may be a little inappropriate for verifying various abilities of students. So further studies are needed to modify the present research and to develop more appropriate evaluation criteria and patterns on KHPA.
