유도경기 심판들의 판단 및 의식에 관한 연구 = (A) Study on Judo Referees' Mind and the Obstacles for Them

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유도심판들의 유도경기상황에서 심판의식과 경기상황판단에 어려움을 주는 심판장애요인을 조사·규명하여 올바른 심판의식 고취와 심판장애요인을 최소화하는데 기여함으로써 정단한 경기문화 및 공명한 심판의 자세를 만들어 가기 위한 것이다.
본 연구에서는 2002년 8월 31일부터 9월 2일에 걸쳐 경남 사천에서 열린 2002 추계중고유도연맹전의 심판진으로 참가한 전국 1급 심판진을 모집단으로 설정한 다음 전국 1급 심판진 70명을 대상으로 조사였다.
본 연구는 t-test 및 일원변량분석(one-way ANOVA), χ^2 (Chi-square test) 검정을 통한 통계분석법을 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 유도심판들의 일반적 특성에 따른 심판의식의 차이는 유도경력과 유도단에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 유도심판들의 일반적 특성에 따른 심판장애요인의 차이는 유도 경력에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
셋째, 유도심판들의 유도경력별에 따른 심판의식 하위요인별 차이는 심판판정이 보다 어렵다고 느끼는 체급과 비중이 큰 경기(4강 이상)에서의 부담정도에서만 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
넷째, 유도심판들의 유도경력에 따른 심판장애 하위요인별 차이는 심판규정 숙지와 준비성, 심판 판정시 지연 및 학연의 영향, 그리고 해당팀지도자와 친분의 영향에서만 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to establish fair play as well as fair-minded referees and contribute to minimizing the obstacles for referees and encouraging their fair judgment by investigating and clarifying the obstacles for referees, which cause them to have difficulties in judging the situation of Judo games.
Among the national the first grade referees who participated in the 2002 Autumn Middle and High School Judo Association Match held in Sachon, Kyungnam on 8. 31 to 9. 2 in 2002, 78 were applied to analyze actually.
The following is the conclusion gained by statistical analysis including t-test, one-way ANOVA and χ^2 (Chi-square test).
First, referees' mind depending on the common traits of judo referees; there is a significant statistical difference in referees' judo experience and judo-dan alone.
Second, the obstacles for judo referees depending on the common traits of judo referees; there is a significant statistical difference in referees' judo experience alone.
Third, the lower factors of referees' mind depending on their judo experience; there is a significant statistical difference, when the referees judge, in rather main events(semi finals).
Fourth, the lower factors of the obstacles for judo referees depending on referees' judo experience; there is a significant difference in whether the referees fully understand the rules and are ready, whether they are influenced by their educational or acquainted backgrounds and whether they are familiar with the leader in a certain team.
