레지오 에밀리아를 적용한 프로젝트 접근법이 아동의 창의성 증진에 미치는 효과 = (The) Effects of Project Approach through Reggio Emilia Approach on Elementary School Children's Creativity

Our society needs creative persons' upbring who can face each other as is intelligent in society which change rapidly taking knowledge information age. Therefore, school education must attempt suitable creativity education in globalization and information age by new education activity today, and it is very urgent that grope the alternatives.
The investigators who concern about this task saw that project approach that apply Reggio Emilia may improve greatly creativity of students who lead 21th century. Because project approach that apply Reggio Emilia focuses in interests of students, and taking a serious view voluntary and active activity through various representation activity than existent project approach.
So, the purposes of this study are to investigate the effects of project approach through Reggio Emilia on creative thinking and creative dispositions of elementary school children by quantitative and qualitative method. The results of this study are as follows:
First, project approach through Reggio Emilia enhanced creative thinking ability of elementary school children. Specially, this approach was effective in fluency and flexibility of the children.
Second, project approach through Reggio Emilia enhanced creative disposition of elementary school children in terms of spontaneity, self-confidence, individuality, and curiosity of the children.
Third, the effects of project approach through Reggio Emilia had equal effect on creative thinking without distinction of sex and creative disposition of elementary school children.
But this approach was more effective to improve originality of high children than low children in academic achievement level.
Conclusively, class that applied Reggio Emilia project approach encourages creative thinking and creative disposition of elementary school children, therefore, will need to introduce and use actively this approach for creativity education of children and improvement of classroom instruction in elementary school setting.
