댄스스포츠 지도자 과정 프로그램 분석 = (The) Analysis of the Dance Sports Leadership Course

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 댄스스포츠 지도자 양성기관의 교육내용을 분석하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구자가 작성한 분석틀을 기초로 하여 2003년 현재 서울 경기 지역에 소재하고 있는 댄스스포츠 지도자 양성기관 10개를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 댄스스포츠 지도자 양성기관의 입교자격, 교육기간, 교육비, 교육시간, 모집과정, 교육프로그램, 교육내용으로 구분되어 기술하였다.
이상의 연구방법과 절차를 통하여 댄스스포츠 지도자 양성을 위한 교육내용을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 입교자격으로는 댄스스포츠지도자를 희망하거나 전문인이 되고자 하는 사람들 또는 일반인등 거의 성별과 연령에 제한 없이 받아들여지고 있었다.
둘째, 교육기간으로는 최소 4개월에서 12개월이 가장 많았다.
셋째, 교육비로는 우러 5만원에서 20만원정도의 차이를 보였는데 단체레슨이기 때문에 비교적 큰 차이는 없었다.
넷째, 교육시간은 라틴과 모던을 함꼐 해서 일주일에 2시간에서 4시간 정도로 대부분 주말에 집중교육으로 이루어지는 곳이 많았다.
다섯째, 모집과정은 일정하게 정해져 있는 곳도 있으나 그렇지 않은 곳도 있었다.
여섯째, 교육프로그램으로는 각 교육기관마다 차이가 있었다.
일곱째, 교육내용은 실기는 라틴과 모던으로 구분하여 교육을 하고, 이론은 실기를 하면서 병행하는 곳이 많았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to analyze the contents of education about institutes that train dance sports coaches.
To accomplish this goal, the data were collected from ten(10) institutes located on Seoul and Kyunggi area in the present of 2003, which are training dance sports coaches.
The collected data were divided and described according to entrance requirements, training period, tuition fee, school hours, number of students, training program and training contents of institutes that train dance sports coaches.
Through the study and its procedures, the results that analyzed the contents for training the dance sports coaches are as follows.
First, for entrance requirements, people who want to be a dance sports coach or its specialist have been admitted without age and sex limits.
Second, The period of training course was generally occupied from 4 months to 12 months.
Third, the tuition fee was from 50,000 Won(USD: 41.67) to 200,000 Won(USD: 166.67) a month, Relatively, there was no difference between the two because it was group lesson.
Forth, the school hours was from 2 to 4 hours a week along with Latin dance and modern dance. They were generally concentrated on the weekend.
Fifth, the collection of students was limited for regulation admission, but some institutes did not.
Sixth, the training program showed difference so that each institute had its own training program.
Seventh, for the training contents, practical training were taught as divided into Latin dance and modern dance, and the training in theory was run parallel with the practical training.
