매너와 공감능력 및 사회적응의 관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 여대생의 매너, 공감능력이 사회적응과 어떠한 관련이 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다.
이를 위해 여대생 165명을 대상으로 설문지를 통하여 일상생활에서의 매너정도, 공감 및 사회적응도를 측정하였다.
주요 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 조사대상자의 공감능력과 사회적응은 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 공감을 잘 하는 사람일수록 사회적으로 적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 매너와 사회적응도 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 일상생활에서 매너수준이 높은 사람일수록 사회적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 공감능력과 매너도 유의한 정적상관을 보였다. 이것은 공감을 잘하는 사람일수록 매너 수행을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 매너를 통계적으로 통제하였을 때에는 공감능력과 사회적응 간의 관계가 유의한 것으로 나타나지 않았다. 이것은 공감능력과 사회적응 간의 매너가 중개하는 것을 의미한다. 즉, 공감능력이 높을수록 사회적응을 잘하는 것은 공감이 높을수록 매너수준이 높기 때문임을 알 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research developed the requirements of the manner education in the university related with the social adjustment of the manner of the female students and empathy competency.

This research made the questionary survey for the manner, empathy competency, and social adjustment about the familiar and the unfamiliar of the object of 165 female students studying the subject of “manner and service.”

The result of the main research can be summarized as follows:
First, This showed the correlations of the confident level with the empathy competency and the social adjustment of the research respondents. Specially, It appeared the empathy competency and high positive correlation for the social adjustment.

Second, It showed the correlation of the confident level of the standard of manner and the social adjustment. And it showed the confident level with the relations of the social adjustment divided with the standard of manner of the unfamiliar and the familiar. It appeared that the good manner made the social adjustment high. Specially it showed the high positive correlation with the responsibility of the low-level factor of the social adjustment.

Third, the relations with the empathy competency and the social adjustment Showed the mediation of the standard of manner. The prior condition for the mediation of the standard of manner about the empathy competency and the social adjustment is the relation not only the empathy competency and the standard of manner for the social adjustment but also the empathy competency and the standard of manner. It showed the confident level with the relation of the empathy competency and the standard of manner. As the empathy competency is high, it has the social adjustment and it has the good manner with the high empathy competency.
