The objective of this study is to provide strategic establishment in overcoming each university's competitive environment by confirming that quality of university education service which internal customer, university students perceive has positive influence on the students' satisfaction and subsequent behaviors of reentrance. For this objective, research hypotheses with literature study were established.
In empirical analysis, 428 data were collected from the university students of Jeonnam and Gwangju area. Data collected were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis for the validity test, and Cronbach's alpha analysis for the reliability test, and correlation analysis by LISREL V8.30.
The comprehensive analysis results on the relationship of students satisfaction, intention of reentrance and word of mouth are as follows.
First, the quality of education service had direct effects on the students satisfaction as a preceding variable of current marketing goal.
Second, we could find a relationship that students satisfaction had positive effects on reentrance intention, and the reentrance intention had positive effects on word of mouth.
Third, we could also find that quality of education service with meditation of students satisfaction had positive effects on reentrance intention, and strong positive influence on word-of-mouth. These results imply that systematic management of education service quality can be a resource for the university competitiveness.
In summary, the university which can generate continual customer expansion and reproducing students satisfaction with continuous enhancement of students reentrance intention, and provide students satisfaction on service quality through the developed marketing model of education service in the current new open and competitive marketing structure can be expected to survive and to be developed.
