The purpose of this study is to investigate preschool etiquette education by preschool teachers and kindergarten teachers to provide attention that initial preschool education is easily forced education centered on only know ledge not humanity.
Questionn aires were recorded by 570 teachers in K yung N am.
The data of this study was analyzed using SPSS W IN and statistical methods such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, A N O V A and Pearson 's correlation were used for data analysis. And calculated C ronbach α through A N O V A analysis and analyzed the confidence of data.
Detailed study purpose is, among the preschool education contents of educare center and kindergarten, look into g en eral ideas of preschool teachers for preschool etiquette education connected w ithetiquette education in ethology and give adv ice them.
The results of this study are as follows ;
1) Analysis of survey results showed a close correlation between a infant's etiquette and items of preschool etiquette education, especially when this education focuses on greeting etiquette, table etiquette, and etiquette associated with then eighborhood, etc.
2) Etiquette education was needed more for growth of a desirable mind and body, it was with regard to the infant's mind and b ody education as centered on etiquette education. The teacher's thought that preschool etiquette education was splendid as a way of teaching cooperation, consideration, and concession and also the education can be tailored with respect to the infant's specific individual characteristics.
3) The results demonstrated a positive correlation between the concern for etiquette education and the condition of the educare center being surveyed.
4) The results demonstrated a positive correlation between the concern for etiquette education and practical teaching methods of preschool etiquette education.
5) The results further demonstrated a positive correlation between the concern for m ann er education and the concern for the issues of "It is difficult for an infant to learn etiquette in a poor environment" and "A society which focuses on education centered only on know ledge".
6) Teachers wanted etiquette education if there is a special etiquette education in stitution nearby and believed that the suitable age for etiquette education is after 3 years old. The teachers responded that the class org anization of etiquette education consisted-of same age infants.
From this results, most of the surveyed educare centers and kindergartens didn 't have etiquette education practicing room and etiquette education plan. Finally, the survey indicates that there was not much of a difference between educare center teacher and a kindergarten teacher.
