Second, the impulsive tendency of the experiment group that participates in the plastic arts therapy will significantly reduce compared to the comparison group.
Third, the hyperactivity of the experiment group that participates in the plastic arts therapy will significantly reduce compared to the comparison group.
20 children, whose behavior were rated as the attention deficit hyperactivity according to the result of the shortened Conners rating and DSM-H ADHD rating that were taken to 272 children in 5th grade of an elementary school in Andong, Gyeongbuk, were subivided into two groups of an experiment group and a comparison group with 10 children respectively at random.

First, the attention deficit level of the experiment group was significantly reduced compared to the comparison group as the result of the plastic art therapy.
Second, the impulsive tendency level of the experiment group was significantly reduced compared to the comparison group as the result of the plastic art therapy.
Third, the hyperactivity level of the experiment group was significantly reduced compared to the comparison group as the result of the plastic art therapy.
Considering the positive effects of the plastic arts on the therapy of attention deficit hyperactivity, artistic activities of elementary school children using various media are deemed good at the prevention and therapy of ADHD that demands urgent solution.
