유치원 음악교육 실태분석 연구 = (AN) ANALYTICAL STUDY ON THE ACTUAL CONDITION OF THE MUSICAL EDUCATION OF KINDERGARTEN

국문 초록 (Abstract)

本 硏究는 幼兒들을 指導할 때 敎師들이 다루는 音樂活動內容의 일반적 경향과 幼稚園에서 實施하는 音樂活動內容에 대한 實態를 分析하는데 그 目的이 있다.
本 硏究를 위한 硏究問題는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 幼兒를 指導할 때 敎師들이 다루는 音樂活動(노래부르기, 듣기, 리듬, 악기다루기, 창의적 활동)의 一般的 傾向은 어떠한가?
둘째, 幼稚園 音樂活動의 指導方法은 어떠한가?
셋째, 幼稚園에서의 兒童을 위한 音樂環境은 어떠한가?
硏究對象은 서울시내 幼稚園 敎師 114名을 對象으로 하였으며 硏究方法으로는 幼稚園 音樂敎育에 關한 교사용 응답 질문지를 배부, 수거, 통계처리하였다.
硏究의 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.
1. 음악프로그램에 對한 교사인식의 一般的傾向은 노래부르기 活動(33.3%)을 가장 많이 하였고 다음으로 創意的 表現活動(29.8%)리듬 악기 다루기(15.2%), 포크댄스와 싱깅게임(11.7%)을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
2. 幼稚園 音樂活動의 指導方法에서 노래부르기의 指導方法은 '노래부를 때 손뼉치거나 간단한 리듬악기 사용'(68.4%)을 가장 강조하는 것으로 나타났고, 듣기에서는 '여러종류의 소리상자로 같은 소리 다른 소리 구별하기'(68.4%)와 '눈을 감고 악기의 소리 듣고 악기의 이름 말하기'(68.4%)의 두가지 활동이 가장 강조되는 것으로 나타났다. 리듬의 指導는 '음악소리 듣고 몸으로 表現하기'(77.2%)를 가장 강조하였으며 악기 다루기 지도는 전반적으로 강조하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
創意的 活動의 指導方法으로는 '이야기에 따라 몸으로 表現하기'(51.8%)를 가장 강조하는 것으로 나타났다.
3. 幼稚園 音樂環境으로 音樂領域이 설치되어 있는 곳이 80.7%였으며 이 중에서 리듬악기를 주기적으로 바꾸어주는 곳은 50%에 불과한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 敎師들이 인식하는 유치원 음악교육目的은 幼兒의 審美的發達과 全人發達에 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to find out sunday preschool teacher training, christian educational philosophy and attitude of teachers, and effect of teacher training on the educational attitude.
For this purpose, this study set the following research subjects.
1. It researchs the teacher's recognition of early childhood christian educational philosophy, and investigates some tendency to variables (acdemic backgroundㆍmajor).
2. It researchs the teacher's attitude about the early childhood christian education, and investigates some tendency to variables: church's locationㆍnumbers of teschersㆍnumbers of childrenㆍteacher's academic background and major.
3. It researchs the state of selecting and training sunday preschool teachers, and investigates some tendency to variables : church's locationㆍnumbers of teachers and numbers of children.
4. It investigates the relationship between the state of teacher training and teacher's attitude on early childhood christian education.
The subjects of this study were 207 sunday preschool teachers in seoul, large cities, other cities, and country. In this study, many questionnaires were distributed, collected, and analyzed. The data were analyzed with frequency, percent and χ^(2) test.
Results of this study are as follows:
1. First, in the teacher's recognition of early childhood christian educational philosophy many teachers agree with the traditional theology in goalㆍcontentsㆍmethodㆍteacher's role and environment, but they prefer the new traditional theology in understanding of children.
2. In the teacher's educational attitude, there are some different tendency to church locationㆍnumber of children and number of teacher.
3. In the selection of teachers the influence of churchman is most strong, but the more teacher's number are the less churchman influences. Teacher trainings are well organized as teacher's number increase.
4. Teacher pre-service trainings have positive effects on attitudes, but in-service trainings have no significant result.
