여교사의 이상적인 외모에 관한 연구 : 서울시내 여고생을 대상으로 = (A) Study on the Ideal Appearance of the lady teacher : in terms of High School girls in seoul

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 이상적인 교사의 역할상을 파악하고 여고생을 대상으로 여교사의 이상적인 외모를 살펴봄으로써 효율적인 역할수행을 위한 여교사의 의복행동의 방향을 제시하고자 하는 것이다.
본 연구에서 규명하고자 하는 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 교사의 역할중 지적인 이미지와 이해심이 있는 이미지를 주는 역할에 필요한 특성, 즉 지성과 이해성에 대한 여고생의 선호도를 파악한다. 둘째, 개인적 환경변인별 교사의 역할에 대한 만족도를 파악한다. 세째, 개인적 환경변인별 여교사의 외모에 대한 반응도를 파악한다. 네째, 개인적 환경변인별 여교사의 이상적인 외모를 파악한다.
측정도구는 교사의 역할에 대한 선호도의 측정으로 문헌과 선행연구를 근거로 하였고, 여교사의 이상적인 외모에 대한 측정으로는 학생의 자유기필을 근거로 본 연구자가 작성한 설문지를 사용하였다.
표집대상은 서울시내 인문계 고등학교 1,2학년 여학생 403명이며 표본추출은 지역별 학교수와 학교의 지역적 특성을 고려하여 편의추출하였다.
자료의 분석은 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, Cronbach'α, χ^(2)-test, t-test, F-test(ANOVA), Duncan Multiple Range Test, Factor-Analysis등을 실시하였다.
자료분석 결과를 토대로 하여 내린 결론은 다음과 같다.
1. 교사의 역할에 대한 선호도를 파악한 결과 지적인 이미지를 형성 시키는 역할보다 이해심이 있는 이미지를 형성시키는 역할, 즉 이해성을 더 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.
2. 교사의 역할에 대한 만족도는 학교별, 학년별로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
3. 여교사의 외모에 대한 반응도는 학교별, 학년별로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
4. 여교사의 이상적인 외모는 거주지별, 학교별, 학년별로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study intends to find out the role-characteristics of the ideal teacher and to provide directions of clothing behavior to perform efficient roles through the questionnaire how the lady teacher's ideal appearance influence to the subjects of high
school girls.
The concrete purposes of this study are as follows;
1. To find out the subjects' preference to the intelligence or the understanding of the teacher, which is the characteristics essential to the roles to give intelligence image and understanding image, among the teacher's roles.
2. To research the subjects' satisfaction with the roles of teacher according to the personal, environmental variables.
3. To get the reaction of the subjects to the lady teacher's appearance, with the personal, environmental variables.
4. To seek the ideal appearance of the lady teacher by the personal, environmental variables.
As measurement implements, for the preference to the teacher's role, some documents and precedented study were based on, and for the lady teacher's ideal appearance, questionnaire written by investigator were used.
The subjects of this study were gathered into 1st-2nd grade academic high school 403 girls, and random sampling wag done regarding the school in view of the number of schools classified by districts and the characteristics of the districts.
And for analysis of data, frequency, percentage, mean, Cronbach'α, X^(2)-test, t-test, F-test(ANOVA), Duncan Multiple Range Test, Factor-Analysis, etc were conducted.
Results of data analysis are as follows;
1. It was revealed that the subjects preferred the role of forming teacher's deep understanding image, that is "Understanding-property" what is called, to that of forming intelligence image.
2. It was found that in the satisfaction with the teacher's roles, there were significant differences among the schools, grades of the subjects.
3. It was shown that there were significant differences among the schools, grades of the subjects in the reaction to the appearance of the lady teacher.
4. Significant differences was disclosed in the Ideal appearance of the lady teacher among the residences, schools, grades of the subjects.
