(Abstract)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Kindergarten Teacher's Job Stress and their Job attitudes, the Methods to coping the stress and their Job Attitudes. The job attitudes were specified in this study as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention. Therefore, This study will provide basic sources for understanding Kindergarten teacher's Job Stress and the Methods to coping the stress
The major research problems was as Follows:
1. Is there any difference in job attitudes depend on the degree of Kindergarten teacher's Job Stress?
2. Is there any difference in job attitudes depend on the degree of the Methods to coping the stress?
The subjects were composed of a total of 350 teachers who have worked kindergartens located in and around Deagu. the data were collected from August 20. 2001 to September 15. 2001.
The statistical method used for data analysis were Mnova,
The major Findings were as follows:
1. Job attitudes differs in accordance with Kindergarten teacher's Job stress.
2. Job attitudes differs in accordance with the Methods to coping the stress.
