수학불안의 해소를 위한 효과적인 방법에 관한 연구 : 포트폴리오(Portfolio)를 중심으로(On the basis of portfolio) = The study of effective method for dissolving math anxiety

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The problem of today's math education is that most students lose their interest and avoid it as grades are getting higher. Moreover, they feel uneasy when facing mathematical situation.
I, therefore, suggested an application of the portfolio evaluation and presented its efficiency in order to solve the math anxiety. It is a successful way to overcome their anxiety about math that students solve the given questions on their own rather than teachers give the solution in cramming system of education.
When you adapt the portfolio shown in this research, you can find the following advantages.
(1) You can interest students and elevate the level of learning desire.
(2) You can achieve diversity in solving problems such as
problem-catching, thinking and result-handling ability.
(3) You can feel satisfaction by checking every step of students
creativity and observation development in person.
(4) It is easily adaptable in classes by teachers.
(5) Students can individually self-study.
(6) You can exactly evaluate students appetite to mathematics in detail.
(7) You can make teachers, students and their parents have valuable
mathematical communication.
When the portfolio evaluation is applied, students would realize their changing process and be able to recognize their strengths & weaknesses, their diligence and potentialities for themselves. Besides, teachers will be able to understand past and present circumstances of the students, then they would give broader perspectives.
