근친 성학대를 받은 아동의 대인관계 증진을 위한 자기표출 훈련 프로그램에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 들어 성학대의 발생이 빈번하게 늘어가고 있으며 특히 부모를 포함하는 알고있는 사람들에 의한 아동에 대한 성학대가 일어나 그 심각성이 부각되고 있다.
근친 성학대에 의한 아동의 피해는 그 문제의 심각성이 자아가 완전히 성장하지 않은 상태이기 때문에 매우 부정적인 영향을 끼친다. 성학대의 피해는 많은 문제를 가지고 있지만 근친 성학대가 가정에서 일어나기 때문에 그 가운데서 아동은 배워야 할 대인관계 기술을 배우지 못하고 또한 가장 믿고 따르는 부모에 대한 배신감으로 인간에 대한 신뢰감을 쌓지 못하게 된다.
이에 본 연구는 억압된 감정을 가지고 인간에 대한 신뢰감이 결여된 근친 성학대 아동을 대상으로 대인관계 증진을 위한 자기표출훈련 프로그램을 실시함으로써 억압된 감정의 해소와 정신건강의 증진, 나아가 인간에 대한 신뢰감을 회복하여 원만한 대인관계를 갖도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다.
이와 같은 연구목적을 위해 아동 성학대에 대한 이론적 논의와 그들의 대인관계 향상을 위한 대인관계 이론과 자기표출 훈련 프로그램을 검토한 후 관련성을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 단일사례연구를 위해 직접 개입하여 13세 이하의 피해 여자 아동을 위한 치유적 쉼터 아동4명을 대상으로 주 1회 총 10회의 자기표출 훈련 프로그램을 실시하였다.
자기표출 훈련 프로그램은 신완수가 채택한 자기표출훈련 프로그램을 현실에 맞게 재구성하여 사용하였으며 개입효과를 알아보기 위해 사전과 사후에 척도를 이용한 검사지를 이용해 점수차이를 비교해보고 질적 연구로서 아동들의 행동관찰을 병행하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 조사도구로서 자기표출검사(Hayes, Avery, 1979)와 대인관계척도(Guerney, 1977) 그리고 쉼터의 사회복지사를 대상으로 한국 행동과학 연구소에서 개발한 교사용 대인관계척도를 사용하고 질적 연구의 도구로서 집단원이 자신의 행동과 인지에 대해 스스로 생각하고 기록한 소감문과 쉼터 사회복지사의 평가를 이용하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 연구자 및 사회복지사의 관찰과 평가를 위한 기록자료, 테이프 녹음, 매 프로그램의 소감문을 분석하여 개별 및 집단의 변화를 평가한 결과 집단상담이 진행됨에 따라 집단원들의 발표 참여도가 높아지고 발표의 내용에 있어서도 깊이가 생겨서 구성원들의 집단 내에서 자기표출 능력이 향상되었고, 집단원들의 표정이 밝아지고 자신감이 높아졌으며 집단 역동을 통해서 서로에 대한 이해심을 높임으로서 대인관계 능력이 향상되었다.
둘째, 관찰자료와 집단구성원의 소감문에 의한 평가는 주관적인 평가에 치우칠 가능성을 배제할 수 없으므로 객관적 비교가 가능한 사전-사후 설문조사 결과를 평가에 활용하였다. 그 결과 대체로 효과가 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 이는 자기표출훈련 프로그램이 성학대 피해아동들에 내재되어 있는 자기왜곡과 신뢰감 결여를 어느 정도 감소시켜 그로 인한 대인관계 향상에 효과가 있었다고 할 수 있다.
셋째, 프로그램 종결 후 실시된 연구자에 의한 추후상담 결과 구성원 스스로가 자신의 감정과 느낌을 솔직히 표현하는 방법을 습득하게 되어 스스럼없이 감정표현을 하였고 문제를 합리적으로 바라볼 수 있게 되었다.
따라서 이상의 본 연구의 결과로 보았을 때 억압된 감정을 가지고 인간에 대한 신뢰감이 결여된 근친 성학대 피해아동을 대상으로 실시한 대인관계 증진을 위한 자기표출 훈련프로그램이 억압된 감정의 해소와 신뢰감을 회복하여 대인관계증진에 효과가 있었다고 할 수 있다.
근친 성학대를 받은 아동을 대상으로 대인관계 향상을 위한 자기표출 훈련을 실시한 본 연구는 다음과 같은 의의를 가진다.
첫째, 드러내놓고 치유할 수 없는 근친 성학대 아동들을 대상으로 실시한 점이 앞으로 더욱 성학대를 받은 아동들에 대한 관심의 고조와 다양하고 효과적인 프로그램의 개발의 필요성을 제시할 수 있다.
둘째, ‘집단상담’을 활용함으로써 같은 처지에 있는 아동들끼리 서로에 대한 지지망을 형성하고 이에 따른 사회복지적 개입의 활용성을 보여줌으로써 아동들의 정신건강의 증진시키고 원만한 대인관계를 개선할 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In these days, the increase of the commitment of child sexual abuse, which is especially done by parents and acquaintances, makes it more serious social problem. The seriousness of this is that the formations of victims ego are still in progress. Because the sexual abuse by the relatives is usually happen in their home, it interferes victims to learn the skill to meet people and decreases the confidence on parents.
The goal of this study is to make their depressed emotion and mental condition, that makes them lack of confidence in others, relieved and healthier and finally to achieve recovery of the confidence in others to get sound relationships between people by the self disclosure training program.
The relationship, between the theoretical discussions about children sexual abuse and the self-disclosure training program and theory for developing their personal relationship, was surveyed. On the basis of this survey, the self-disclosure training program was performed 10 times to get each-short case result by interviewing 4 sexual abused children who were under 13 in healing place, Shim-tu, once a week. Every interview was done in different way.
The self-disclosure training program was developed to be useful on this study by recomposing the Shin Wan-Soos method, then evaluated by comparing the scores on pre-post questionnaire test paper and observing the children's behavior simultaneously. The self-disclosure test (Hayes, Avery, 1979), scale of the personal relationship (Guerney, 1977), and scale of the personal relationship for teachers, which was designed to social workers of shelter in KIRBS, were employed for survey. The reports, which were recorded to show the behavior and recognition of themselves by the participants, and evaluation papers, written by social workers in healing place, were applied to the qualitative researching
The results of this study are as follows.
First, the conclusion of the examination of the documents, records, and impressions of the researcher and social workers is that the ability of personal relationship is improved. It was the increment of the frequency of joining presentation of the participants themselves and the profundity of it in continuous group discussion that made their ability of self-disclosure and mutual understanding improved.
Second, the conclusion of the scores on pre-post questionnaire test paper, which is more objective than 1st conclusion, is that the ability of personal relationship is also improved. It was the self-disclosure program that made participants' immanent self-perversion and lack of confidence cured.
Third, the conclusion of the additional counsel, after the main program, is that the ability of self-disclosure without hesitation and rationality are increased. It was the skill, of which participants learned in additional course that enable them to express feeling and emotion frankly.
Finally, the conclusion of this study is that the self-disclosure program made the ability of personal relationship improved. It is because the depressed emotion and feeling and the lack of confidence can be cured in the self-disclosure program for the sexual abused children by their relatives.
The meaning of the self-disclosure program in this study, for the improvement of the personal relationship on the sexual abused children, is as follows.
First, the meaning of the program is that it could show the need of more various and effective program and much more concern. Because it was executed for the sexual abused children in undercover healing
Second, the meaning of the program is that it could make children's mental healthier and personal relationship improved. Because it helped the children make the support-network to one another by utilizing the 'group discussion'.
