The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between the speciality of heads and teachers of child care centers by analyzing the speciality level of heads and teachers, establishment characteristic due to type of establishment and legal fixed number, and personal attributes due to educational background, age, career, and pay. The research subject is established for research object, the results are analyzed as follows.
1. How are speciality levels of heads and teachers of child care centers?
The speciality level of heads of child care centers is 3.0 and that of teachers of child care centers is 3.02. Thus, the speciality of head and teachers of child care centers showed ordinary level.
2. How are speciality levels of heads of child care centers due to type of establishment and legal fixed number? and how are speciality levels of teachers of child care centers due to type of establishment? The relations between speciality levels of heads of child care centers and type of establishment and legal fixed number are significant. The speciality level of heads of national-public child care centers is the first, and that of heads of private-legal personal child care centers is the second, and that of heads of private personal child care centers is the third. As legal fixed number increases, the speciality of heads of child care centers indicates high level. The relations between speciality levels of teachers of child care centers and type of establishment are significant. The relations between speciality levels of teachers of child care centers and type of establishment and legal fixed number are significant. The speciality level of teachers of private-legal personal child care centers is the first, and that speciality level of teachers of national-public child care centers is the second, and that of teachers of private personal child care centers is the third.
3. How are speciality levels of heads of child care centers due to personal characteristic(educational background, age, pay)? and how are speciality levels of teachers of child care centers due to personal characteristic(educational background, age, career, pay)? The relations between speciality levels of heads of child care centers and educational background and pay are significant, while the relations between speciality of heads of child care centers and age are hardly significant. The higher educational background and pay level were, the better the speciality of heads of child care centers showed. The relations between speciality levels of teachers of child care centers and educational background and pay are significant, while the relations between speciality of teachers of child care centers and age, career are hardly significant. The higher educational background and pay level were, the better the speciality of teachers of child care centers showed.
