    The study is to estimate human response to different color light stimulation by measuering physiological parameters on human behavier. For the both stimulation we used color lights with 7 color filters such as red, yellow, green, blue, violet and white. This experiment was performed in the soundproof chamber. 30 young male and female subjects participated in the experiment.
    For physiological parametes, we measured electroencephalo gram(EEG), electrocardiogram(ECG), galvanic skin resistance (GSR), facial temperature(F.T), center of pressure(COP). The result of EEG analysis showed that relative power of a wave ratio increased in blue and green. In case of HRV spectrum analysis, HF/LF ratio increased in green and blue, whereas, it decreased in red and violet. In case of GSR analysis, skin conductance increased in red and yellow. The result of F.T analysis showed that the mean temperature of 0.23℃ increased in red, whereas, a mean temperature of 0.34℃ decreased in blue. In case of COP analysis, total distance of red was longer than blue and green.
    From these results, we know that the physical response is affected by color environment and it might be a indicator in the design of color environment.
