Career decision is a matter of primary concern and also one of the most important decisions for individual because it will have a strong influence on his/her life. Especially for college students who are in the process of getting ready to step into the society after the graduation, the career decision-making becomes one of the most difficult task, and a real one.

The research instruments were the Career Decision Scale (CDS) and Career Search Self-Efficacy Scale (CSES) for measure career search self-efficacy and career indecision level. And the statistical techniques of frequency analysis, cross table, ANOVA, and correlation analysis using SPSS/WIN program were used.

First, there were significant differences in the career search self-efficacy and the career indecision level according to the college majors. It means they have significant differences in job search efficacy, interviewing efficacy, networking efficacy, and personal exploration efficacy according to the college majors. And also, it means that the career indecision level has significant differences according to the college majors.
Second, there were negative correlations between career search self-efficacy and career indecision level. That is, when compared to one student who had decided his/her career and the other who could not decide, the former showed higher level of career search self-efficacy.
Finally, there were differences of relations between the career search self-efficacy and the career indecision level according to the college majors. In this study, the student, who has a high level of career search self-efficacy, is more decisive in his/her career. However, the result shows that the career indecision condition does not always mean that it led to low levels of career search self-efficacy according to the college majors.
