進路指導 프로그램을 適用한 進路探索能力 伸張 方案에 關한 硏究 : 중학교를 중심으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find out the effective way of improving career searching ability through career education program in the middle school.
To accomplish this purpose, the points of study are as follows.
first, I transform the career education program for the middle school students.
second, I study the improvement of career searching ability when I apply the career education program to the students.
In order to accomplish this purpose, I have studied materials about career education program and applied career education program to the first year middle school students. I transformed the career education program developed by Chollabuk-do Administration of Education into program suitable for the first year middle school students.
The method of measurement is Career Maturity Inventory developed by Jang Seok-min in the Korean Educational Development Institute. In addition, I analyzed the individual effects of career education program using the questionaires.
The results of this study as follows.
first, Career education program which is interesting for students should be developed and teachers should make effort to instruct continuous career education.
second, The experimental group's career searching ability was improved through course instructing program.
