Tow kinds of variables were employed in the Model: organizational socialization tactics, subordibate' behavioral outcome(job satisfaction, commitment, role custodial ship).
This research follows the framework as shown in <Figure-l> below.
From the empirical Research Model, 2 hypotheses were developed as follows.
<Hypotheses I> There is significant difference in subordinates' behavioral outcome(job satisfaction, commitment, role custodial ship) as overall organizational socialization tactics(socialization tactics groups) differ.
<Hypotheses II> There is significant difference in subordinates' behavioral outcome(job satisfaction, commitment, role custodial ship) as organizational socialization tactics elements differ.

The main findings of this study can be summarized in two points.
First, the more institutionalized the organizational socialization tactics is, the higher subordinates' job satisfaction and commitment are.
Second, in the relationship between organizational socialization tactics and surbonates' behavioral outcome.
However the moderating effects of the organizational size were shown as increase of job satisfaction and commitment by institutionalizing the organizational socialization tactics.
As limitation of this study, firstly, did not consider the subordinates' characteristics and management style of the korean firms in the research on organizational socialization tactics. Secondly, the subordinates' sample in this study were composed of those who have no more than a 5-year career in a firm.
