전래동요 놀이활동이 자폐성 유아의 사회적 행동에 미치는 효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of play activities with traditional children’s songs, a kind of musical activities, on social behaviors of autistic young children who are lack of sociality, considering preceding studies which show the results that musical activities, in particular play activities with traditional children’s song, have an affirmative effect on the improvement of autistic children’s sociality and social function.
The subjects were two autistic boys and the study was made by A-B case method to find out the effect of play activities with traditional children’s songs on social activities such as bowing, answering with eyes met, keeping being seated, acting after the model. They were applied for 30 minutes, 5 times a week, seven weeks. The collection and management of data was done by observing and analyzing the target behaviors according to each period so called foundation, arbitration and maintenance period. The graph was made by entering the frequency figures of the subject’ behaviors. It represents each child’s behavioral changes for the whole experimental periods. It turned out that the children’s were improved in social behaviors like bowing, answering with eyes met, keeping being seated and acting after the model.
The conclusion on the basis of the results of the study is as follows:
Play activities with traditional children’s songs had an affirmative effect on social behaviors of autistic children. Further study on verification of concrete effects according to contents of traditional children songs and types of play activities is needed and further study on verification for improvement of sociality in the integrating society utilizing the characteristics of play activities with traditional children’s songs is also required. The subjects were two autistic boys, so that it was not enough for generalization. The investigation of an effect on linguistic ability like improvement of vocabularies is needed.
