미술치료가 주의력결핍 과잉행동아동의 주의집중과 충동성에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study what the art therapy has influence upon attention concentration & instigation, as the first syndrome, of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder making an object, and the concrete purposes are as mentioned below.
First, study the attention concentration and the instigation appeared on the sessional activities of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder by the art therapy.
Second, study what the art therapy has influence upon the attention concentration of Children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Third, study what the art therapy has influence upon the instigation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
This study was enforced making 3 children an object who the facilities responsible doctor diagnosed as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder on the basis of DSM-IV among children resided in a facility owing to the dismantlement of their family, and judged as Psychotherapy would be more effective than Medicinal Therapy because they diagnosed as over-behavior children with deficient attention by psychological and environmental matters than temperamental matters. The analysis of the study consequence compared before the fact & after the fact with qualitative analysis and an estimation measure of Yale children's Inventory, and compared and analyzed the lasting time of attention concentration and the observation of each children's impulsive activities.
As a result of the study purpose, first, when investigate the attention concentration and instigation appeared in sessional activities of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, they easily replied on external stimulation with loose attention and were difficult to wait for orders and questions in playing and took a long time to begin the works, but the attention looseness much reduced since the art therapy and improved the lasting time of attention concentration and the works completion and became longer to wait for their orders and reply on the questions, and established a social relation even showing an activity to praise for others.
Second, when investigate what the art therapy has influence upon the attention concentration of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, the attention concentration has been improved as the marks of all 3 children were changed and showed the improvement of attention concentration since the art therapy as the lasting time 1 ~ 2 minutes in initial step increased to over 5 minutes in final step.
Third, when investigate what the art therapy has influence upon the instigation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, it reduced since the art therapy as the marks of all 3 children were changed, and also showed it to be reduced in behavior observation of a nursery teacher as the main fosterer.
Therefore, according to this study, it has been brought to light that the art therapy would he effective for improving the attention concentration and reducing the instigation of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder with deficient attention.
