시지각 훈련 프로그램이 정신지체아의 주의집중과 지각발달에 미치는 효과

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Attention is an important ability to human beings to control various informations in the world. However, mental retarded children may have many difficulties to control the information with attention. The visual perception program is to increase the abilities of attention and perception for mental retarded children.
The purpose of this study was to prove the effects of the visual perception program to develop the attention and perception for the mental retarded children. Three seven to eight years old mental retarded children who were attending at special class in ordinary elementary school were participated for this study. The program was edited by researcher. In attention ABA design was utilized, and in perception ability pre- and post-test were utilized to measure the effects of the program.
The results of this study were that (a) the program was effect to develop attention ability; and (b) the program was to increase the perception ability. Therefore, this study concluded that the visual perception program is effect to develop the attention and perception for mental retarded children. This study also suggested that the visual perception program is developed by the characteristics of many sub-tests.
The visual perception program is consisted with level based program. Due to the characteristics of the mental retarded children, the program have to develop based on various performance itself.
