The purpose of this study is to investigate whether sport club activities could affect mental health positively in sport club activity of high school student. 80 students who do not participate in sport club and 50 students who participate sport club activity in 3 times in a week were employed as subject.
The results are as follow;
1. There are some significant difference between participants and non-participants in the Interpersonal sensitivity and obsessive compulsive.
2. The contents of Somatization, anxiety, depression, and hostility in non-participants showed heavier than that of participants in the aspect of strongness of sport participation.
3. There is some significant difference in the contents of somatization, psychoticism, and obsessive compulsive in non-participants group. But, there is no difference in the same contents in participants group.
4. In the average points of the contents of mental health, non-participants showed heavier in order of psychoticism, somatization, anxiety, hostility, interpersonal sensitivity, and obsessive compulsive in the aspect of religion. Meanwhile, there is no difference in same contents of mental health.
