청소년 자녀와의 의사소통 향상을 위한 부모 훈련 프로그램 개발 = Development of a parent straining program to help communication with adolescents

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 청소년 자녀를 둔 부모들이 자녀의 발달과업을 이해하고 자녀와의 의사소통을 향상시키도록 돕기 위한 부모 훈련 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 청소년과 부모의 발달과업 및 의사소통에 대한 이론적 배경에 기초하여 의사소통에 있어서의 부모역할을 고찰하였다.
청소년 자녀와의 의사소통 향상을 위한 부모 훈련 프로그램은 시작단계, 진행단계, 종결단계로 구성되었다. 프로그램의 내용은 적극적 부모 되기, 부모의 자기 탐색, 자녀 이해하기, 자녀와 하나 되는 대화법으로 구분하였다. 프로그램의 진행방법은 집단상담의 원리에 따라 참가자들 스스로 자녀와의 의사소통 향상을 위한 상담자로서의 역할을 경험할 수 있도록 돕기 위한 기법들이 사용되었다. 프로그램의 실제에서는 청소년 자녀를 가진 부모를 대상으로 매 회기 90～120분간 주1회씩 8회기로, 각 회기마다 목표 제시, 강의, 관련된 활동, 실습, 평가, 과제 등의 내용으로 구성되었다.
이 프로그램은 청소년 자녀와의 효과적인 의사소통으로 갈등을 해소하여 신뢰관계로 회복하도록 도울 것이며, 부모와 자녀가 좋은 친구관계를 유지할 수 있기를 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a group counseling program to help parents, who have adolescent children, understand their developmental tasks and enriching communications between them.
For this purpose it was researched parental roles, developmental tasks and communication skills with children based on a theoretical back ground.
This group counseling program is composed of three stages such as the orientation, processing and conclusion. The contents of this is classified as being an active parent, the parent self exploration, and understanding their children and communication skills with their children.
The methods used in this program is the skills to help the parent to experience their roles as counselors for the enrichment of their communication skills according to the principles of group counseling.
It is consists of eight sessions, of which each session takes 90-120 minutes once a week. Each session includes a presentation of the purpose, a lecture, practice, evaluation and homework.
The program will help the parents solve the conflicts with their adolescent children through effective ways of communication. The people involved in the program will learn trust one another, acknowledging friendship.
