진로 미결정성 척도 개발 = The Development of Career Undecidedness Scale

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학생과 대학생을 대상으로 자신이 어떠한 이유들로 인해 진로 의사 결정시 어려움을 겪을 수 있는지를 측정하는 진로 미결정성 척도를 개발하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구 1에서는 6개의 요인과 4점 척도로 이루어진 60문항의 설문지를 697명의 고등학생과 대학생을 대상으로 실시해 문항을 분석했고 그 결과 51문항을 선정하였다. 이 6개의 요인은 자기 명확성 부족, 진로관련 정보 부족, 결단성 부족, 내적 갈등, 외적 장애, 결정의 필요성 부족이었다. 연구 2에서는 연구 1의 결과로 구성된 척도를 사용하여 534명의 고등학생과 대학생을 표집으로 얻은 자료를 통해 문항 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 49문항으로 구성된 진로 미결정성 척도가 최종적으로 제작되었으며, 척도의 내적합치도 계수는 .93으로 나타났고 요인별 내적합치도 계수는 .65에서 .85 사이의 값을 나타내었다. 또한 진로 결정 지표와 진로 준비행동 빈도, 상태 불안, 진로 정체감과의 관계를 통해 척도의 타당도를 검증하였다. 전체적으로 본 연구에서 개발한 진로 미결정성 척도의 신뢰도와 타당도는 높게 나타났으며, 마지막으로 본 연구에서의 제한점과 향후 연구 방향을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The development of Career Undecidedness Scale was conducted to assess the reasons and degree for which reason high school and undergraduate students can be suffered during the process of career decision-making. In the study 1, for the purpose of analyzing item-pool Career Undecidedness Scale that comprise 6 factors was administered to high school and undergraduate students to extracted item-pool of 51. These 6 factors were Lack of Self-certainty. Lack of Information about Career, Indecisiveness, Internal Conflicts, External Barriers and Lack of Need about Career Decision-Making. In the study 2, administered to 534 high school and undergraduate students. analysis revealed Career Undecidedness Scale of 49 items from item analysis and the item-total correlation of scale was .93 and those of each factors were between .65 and .85. To investigate validity of scale the items of Career Decision Index. Extent of Career Preparation Behavior. State Anxiety and Career Identity were conducted and correlated. The results upported reliability and validity of the Career Undecidedness Scale. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed and the future directions of study were suggested.
