미혼모가 된 과정과 경험에 대한 질적 연구 = (A) qualitative research about the process and experience of becoming unmarried adolescent moth

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 미혼모가 된 과정과 경험에 대하여 근거이론을 바탕으로 탐색해보는 것이었다. 연구참여자는 광주 소재 미혼모 시설에 입소해 있는 미혼모 7명이었으며, 10대 6명과 20대 1명이 면담에 참여하였다. 근거이론을 적용하여 면담 내용을 분석한 결과 82개의 개념과 32개의 하위범주, 14개의 상위범주가 도출될 수 있었다. 또한 성관계, 임신, 출산이라는 큰 축을 중심으로 상위범주들간의 연합관계를 형성해 보았다. 연합관계를 살펴보면, '가족의 기능적 결손' '학업 실패' '이성 교제'가 '성관계'에 영향을 미치며, '성관계'에는 '성관계에 대한 자기 결정 결여'가 영향을 미치는 것으로 보여진다. '성관계' 경험은 연구 참여자의 '성관계에 대한 태도 변화'를 이끌며, '성관계'와 '부적절한 대처(피임 실패)'는 '임신'이라는 결과를 이끄는 것으로 보여진다. 연구참여자들은 임신을 통해 '떳떳치 못함' '남자로 인한 상처' '부정적인 자기 지각'을 경험하였으며, 임신 후 '부적절한 대처(낙태 실패)'로 출산을 결정하게 되고 출산 전에 '입양을 선택'하는 것으로 보여진다. 마지막으로 연구 참여자들은 출산을 통해 '모성애' '사고의 폭이 넓어짐' '후회'를 경험하였다. 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 미혼모 예방과 개입에 대하여 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research was to investigate the process and experience of becoming unmarried a dole scent mother based on the grounded theory used as a method of qualitative research. The participants were 7 adolescents in one facility for unmarried adolescents mothers in Gwang Ju. Data were collected by in-depth interviews. By the data analysis based on the grounded theory, 83 concepts, 32 subcategories and 14 categories were generated. With three central axis of sexual intercourse, pregnancy, and delivery, a paradigm was formed among categories.
The found paradigm can be summarized as follows. First, 'functional defect in family', 'failure in school' and 'opposite-sex relationships' influenced 'sexual intercourse'. Second, 'Lack of self-decision about sexual inter course' led the 'sexual intercourse'. Third, Experiencing sexual inter course changed participants' attitude to ward sexual intercourse. Fourth, an inappropriate coping(eg...failure in the contraception) resulted in pregnancy. Fifth, the participants felt 'being not honorable about themselves', 'being hurt by males', and 'being negative self-perception'. Sixth, it wes appeared that the participant determined there infants' adoption before delivery because of inappropriate coping(eg..failure in abortion) after pregnancy. Finally, the found results showed that unmarried adolescent mothers experienced there 'being motherhood', 'being extended thoughts', and 'being regret about past behavior'.
Based on these results, prevention and intervention of being adolescent mother were discussed.
