유아교육기관 평가에 대한 유아교육기관 원장의 인식에 관한 연구 = (A) study on the Perception of Preschool. on the Accreditation System of Early Childhood Education

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유아교육기관의 질의 정도를 알아보기 위해서는 유아교육기관을 운영하는 사립유치원과 민간·법인어린이집 원장들의 기관평가에 대한 올바른 인식과 실천이 있어야 만 정상적인 유아교육이 이루어진다. 따라서 유아교육기관 평가에 대해 유아교육기관장들이 어떻게 인식을 하고 있는지를 알아보는 것은 유아교육기관 기관평가를 위해 의의 있는 일이라 본다. 이에 본 연구는 사립유치원과 민간·법인어린이집 원장들의 기관평가에 대한 인식을 알아보는데 목적을 두고 다음과 같은 내용을 수행하였다.
1) 유아교육기관 평가에 대한 인식은 유아교육기관의 관련변인과 원장의 배경변인에 따라 차이가 있는가?
2) 유아교육기관 평가영역 및 기준에 관한 내용은 유아교육기관의 관련변인과 원장의 배경변인에 따라 차이가 있는가?
3) 유아교육기관 평가 조직 및 운영에 관한 내용은 유아교육기관의 관련변인과 원장의 배경변인에 따라 차이가 있는가?
본 연구를 실행하기 위한 연구방법은 다음과 같다.
1) 연구대상은 전라북도지역에 소재한 사립유치원 100개와 민간어린이집 100개, 법인어린이집 100개의 유아교육기관의 원장 총 300명이다.
2) 조사도구는 선행 연구된 사립유치원 실태 및 요구 조사지를 일부 수정하여 사용하였다.
3) 자료 분석은 유아교육기관 평가에 대한 유아교육기관 원장의 인식을 알아보기 위해 문항별 응답 결과에 대해 빈도분석을 실시하고 관련변인에 따라 χ^(2)검증을 실시하였다. 유아교육기관 자체 평가 시행시 평가문항에 대한 인식은 관련변인에 따라 t또는 F검증을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다.
1. 유아교육기관의 원장들은 유아교육기관평가에 대해 필요성과 평가방식 및 평가문항시안에 대해 대체로 긍정적으로 인식하고 있다.
2. 유아교육기관 평가 영역 및 기준에 관한 내용에 대해 기관 및 원장 배경에 따라 차이가 있다. 기관 변인에서는 설립형태나 규모보다 건물의 자가 유무에서, 원장변인에서는 원장의 연령이나 학력보다 전공유무에서 통계적으로 의의 있는 차이가 있다.
3. 유아교육기관 평가 조직 및 운영에 있어서 평가주기, 평가단, 공개방식, 과제, 지원형태에서는 비슷한 견해를 보였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study starts to find out degree of quality in preschool education institutions and of correct perception of presidents managing preschool education institutions for assessment organization and practice are demanded for normal early childhood education. Therefore, This study has significance in examining what's president's perception of assessment
organization.
This study is performed to examine what's perception of preschool's president with assessment organization and research problems are following;
The first, According to correspondent variable of preschool education institution and background variable of president, Is there the difference of perception with assessment of preschool institution ?
The second, Is there the difference of assessing property and criteria with preschool institution ? According to correspondent variable of preschool education institution and background variable of president,
The third, According to correspondent variable of preschool education institution and background variable of president, Is there the difference of management and assessment organization ?
The method to accomplish research is following;
The first, The Objects of this study are 300 presidents of preschool which include 100 of private kindergarten ,100 of preschool which is managed by civilian and 100 of preschool which is managed by institution.
The second, The tool of study are precedent studies of private kindergarten and partly modified questionnaire are used.
The third, The analysis of data is performed frequency-analysis to examine the perception of preschool's president for preschool education assessment and According to correspondent variable χ^(2)-test is performed.
For the perception of preschool education assessment items, T or t-test is performed according to correspondent variable.
The results are summarized as following ;
The first, presidents of preschool institution positively perceive necessity of assessment, types of assessment and items of assessment.
The second, The variable of organization is possession of building rather than type of foundation or size of building. The variable of president reveal statical significance in president's specialty rather than age or degree.
The third, In terms of assess organization and management of preschool institution, research results reveal similar view concerning to assessment, assess organization, and type of opening, task and volunteering.
