태권도장의 성공요인에 대한 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of study present basic data for development of a correct education idea and management idea of Taekwondo -dojang.
The data were obtained through questionnaires which were modified, distributed, and collected by the researchers. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze profile of the subjects. Frequency, one-way Chi-Square procedures were applied to analyze the data related with management techniques. And different result of statistics is used Duncan's Multiple Range Tests so as Post-hoc Test.
Following conclusions are made from the results of the study.
1. An item about master of Taekwondo-dojang manager
1) Preference about master's sex follow is that everything show a significant difference at the level of p<.05.
2) Preference about master's appearance follow is that a career of guidance, operation period of do-jang and scholastic ability show a significant difference at the level of p<.01, p<.001.
3) Preference about master's scholastic ability follow is that everything show a significant difference at the level of p<.001. Preference about master's scholastic ability has that frequency of university graduate is highest.
4) Preference about master's age follow is that scholastic ability show a significant difference at the level of p<.001.
2. An item about the Taekwondo-dojang location term of Taekwondo-dojang manager
1) Preference about the Taekwondo-dojang location term follow is that age, operation period of do-jang and scholastic ability show a significant difference at the level of p<.001.
2) Preference about the Taekwondo-dojang location term has that frequency of a housing-development apartment is highest and frequency of columnar complex housing is lowest.
3) Preference about the Taekwondo-dojang location in a building has that frequency of second grade is highest.
4) Preference about the Taekwondo-dojang location term has that frequency of a education building with different academy is highest.
