    The purpose of this research was to investigated the effects of a 12-week regular rope-skipping exercise program in body composition, physical fitness and bone mineral density in middle-school students.
    The subject were 30 in male middle school students, who were divided into 15 in none exercise group, 15 in rope-skipping exercise group. They are required to jump rope for 20 minutes a day, 6 days a week for 12 weeks. Collected data were analyzed by t-test as the statistical method.
    The main findings are as followings;
    1. After a 12-week rope-skipping exercise program, a training group has shown a significant decrease in body composition (%fat, fat) whereas Lean Body Mass has shown an increase.
    2. The 12 weekly jumping rope exercises improve the middle school boys' agility and general endurance capacity.
    3. The 12 weekly jumping rope exercises showed positive effects of Bone Mineral Density.
    4. Lean Body Mass has significant positive relation lumber Bone Mineral Density(r=0.689) and femur Bone Mineral Density(r=0.280).
    5. Corelation between Bone Mineral Density and physical fitness has significant positive relation as followings ; standing long jump(r=0.600), 1,200m long run(r=-0.448), 50m dash(r=-0.564).
