유아미술교육 지도안 개선방안에 관한 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

유아미술교육은 미술활동을 통하여 유아의 미적 정서발달과 창의력 및 개성 표출을 돕는 교육으로 작가적 육성 따위의 결과가 아닌 아동발달의 과정 속에서 이해되어져야 한다.
많은 공·사립유아교육기관에서 미술교육이 행하여지고 있지만 유아미술의 중요성을 인식하고 신중한 연구나 프로그램 개발이 미약한 상태에서 기존에 난립하고 있는 미비한 교재를 참고로 미술지도안이 작성되고 있는 실정이다.
이러한 교육지도안은 유아들의 발달특성, 심리상태, 참여의지 개성은 거의 고려되지 않고 일률적인 제시형 지도와 단조로운 자료제시로 이루어져 있다.
본 논문에서는 이러한 현행 유아미술지도에서의 모순과 문제점을 느끼며 자율적인 유아들의 참여와 흥미로운 미술활동을 위한 새로운 미술지도안의 제안을 하고자 한다.
제안지도안을 통하여 교사들의 창의적인 유아지도 탐색과 유아 미술교육의 질이 향상, 나아가 교육내용의 다양화, 체계화, 입체화를 위한 발전적 방향을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다.
제2장에서는 유아미술교육의 현실과 문제점을 기존 참고서나 논문들의 선행연구를 참고로 이론적 배경검토를 하였고, 제3장에서는 지도안 개발을 위한 전제로서 지도안의 목적 및 의미 유형을 살펴보고, 교육현장의 실제 학습양태 파악을 위하여 유치원, 학원, 참고서의 기존지도안을 형식과 방법론적 측면, 내용적 측면으로 검토하였다. 제4장에서는 유아미술지도안 개선방안에서 관한 한 방향으로 지도안 제안의 필요성과 함께 지도안 내용과 모델을 제시하였다.
제안지도안의 요점은 ① 미술표현과 놀이를 접목시킨 조형놀이 학습활동 프로그램, ② 영역별 자유선택활동 프로그램, ③ 오감을 이용한 미술 학습활동 프로그램으로, 방법적인 측면에서는 기존의 제시형 수업형태에서 자율형 수업형태로 나아가기 위한 절충형 수업형태 즉, 복합프로그램의 구성으로 피력하였다.
제안지도안 모델은 4계절 지도안중에서 봄철 지도안(3·4·5월)만을 제시하였다.
본 논문을 마치면서 아쉬운 것은 본인의 제안지도안을 특정한 집단을 대상으로 일정기간 관찰한 사례를 들지 못했다는 것이다. 그것은 새로운 교육의 기대와 효과는 짧은 기간내에 결과를 알 수 없고 많은 관찰기간의 필요하기 때문에 새로운 지도안 확립이 아닌 제안의 차원에서 마칠 수밖에 없었다.
그러나 현장의 교사들에게 새로운 지도안 구상과 창의적인 지도안 탐구에 조금이라도 도움이 될 수 있고 유아들에게는 좀 더 즐겁고 입체적인 교육으로 활용되었으면 하는 바램이다.
앞으로 유아미술지도안은 유아들의 바른 미술지도를 위해 다각적이고 입체적으로 끊임없는 연구가 계속되어야 할 부분이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Infant fine art education must be understood in the course of child development which is not the result of artist-like upbringing and so on., as the education to help the aesthetic emotion development, Creativity and individuality expression through fine art activity.
Though the fine art education is being performed in many public and private infant education institutions, it is the real situation that the guidance plan far fine art is being made out by referring to the existing incomplete teaching materials which are being flooded in the state that the prudent stuffy or the program development is weak.
This guidance plan for education is being made with the uniform guidance is being made with the guidance of uniform presentation type and the monotonous data presentation, without considering the development feature, psychological state, participation will and individuality of infants almost.
In this study, this researcher is to surest the new fine art guidance plan for the autonomous participation of infants and the interesting fine art activity, feeling the discrepancy and point at issue in thus cent infant fine art guidance.
The goal is to grope for the developmental direction for the search of creative infant guidance of teachers, the improvement of quality of infant fine art education, furthermore, the diversification, systematization and solid tendency of education contents, through the guidance plan based on suggestion.
In the chapter 2, this researcher examined the theoretical background by referring to the preceding study of existing reference book or these. And, in the chapter 3, this researcher examined the foal and meaning type of guidance plan as the premise far the development of guidance plan, and examined the existing guidance plan of kindergarten, institute and reference: book from the viewpoint of form, methodology and contents far the gasp of practical staff aspect of education spot, In the chapter 4, this researcher presented the contents and model of guidance plan with the necessity of presentation of guidance plan toward one direction about the improvement scheme of guidance plan of infant fine art.
The main paints of guidance plan by suggestion are 1) program of stud activity of molding play on which fine art expression and play grafted, 2) program of free selection activity by domains, and 3) Program of fine art activity to use five senses. Then, from the methodological viewpoint, this researcher expressed with the teaching type of compromise form for advancing toward the teaching type of autonomous form the teaching type of existing presentation form, that is the composition of complex program.
As for the gel of guidance plan by suggestion, out of the guidance plans of 4 seasons, this researcher suggested only the guidance plan(March, April and May) of spring.
When I complete this study, something needed is that I failed to enumerate the case ohseraved during the constant period an the peculiar group about my guidance plan of suggestion. As for the reason, I cannot help completing in the dimension of suggestion which is not the establishment of new guidance plan as one gay not know the result within short period and much observation period is necessary about the expectation and effect of new education.
However, I hope that this study may be even a little helpful to the conception of new guidance plan and the research of creative guidance plan for the onsite tea-hers and that this Stuffy may be utilized with more interesting and three-dimensional education.
In the future, the guidance plan of infant fine art is the part that the endless study must be continued diversely and polidly for the right fine art guidance of infants.
