현실치료 집단상담이 내적 통제성과 대인관계에 미치는 영향 = (The) effect of the reality therapy based group counseling on the internal control and relationship

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 현실치료 집단상담이 내적 통제성과 대인관계에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 성당에 다니는 여성 신자들로 집단상담 프로그램에 참가하기를 원하는 54명으로 구성하였다. 집단상담 기간은 2시간씩 8회에 걸쳐 총 16시간이었다. 효과에 대한 검증방법으로는 실험 및 통제 집단에게 내외통제성과 대인관계 검사를 사전, 사후에 실시해 t-test를 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현실치료 집단상담을 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단보다 내적 통제성이 유의미하게 상승하였다. 둘째, 현실치료 집단상담을 실시한 실험집단이 통제집단보다 대인관계가 유의미하게 상승하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 살펴보면, 현실치료 집단상담이 여성 신자들의 내적 통제성과 대인관계를 높이는데 효과가 있다는 것이 증명되었다. 따라서 현실치료 집단상담을 여성 신자들에게 활용을 한다면, 여성들이 주체성을 가지고 원만한 대인관계를 통해서 신앙생활에 전념할 수 있고 신앙적 성숙을 이룩할 수 있다는 것을 시사해 준다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the group counseling which is based on Reality Therapy by measuring the Internal Control and Relationship of the participants. The subjects for this study are 54 members of female religious communities of Roman Catholic. Period of group counseling is total sixteen hour for two hour once a week. To verify the effectiveness, the Internal-External Control and Relationship Scale was given before and after the program to both groups and use t-test.
The results were as follows.
1. The participants in the experimental groups were significantly increased in Internal Control more than those of control group.
2. The participants in the experimental groups were significantly increased in Relationship more than those of control group.

In view of the results so far achieved, this study showed that Reality Therapy group counseling is effective on promotion of the Internal Control and Relationship in the Roman Catholic female.
This study suggest that the Reality Therapy group counseling is given to the Roman Catholic female, they can concentrated on their religious life with their own independency and also can accomplish their religious maturity through amicable relationship.
