리코더레슨활동이 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 아동의 문제행동에 미치는 효과 = (The) effects of recorder lesson activity on behavior problems of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 DSM-Ⅳ 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 진단 준거와 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 평정 척도를 통해 ADHD 아동으로 선별된 3명의 초등학교 3학년 아동을 대상으로 리코더레슨활동이 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 아동의 문제행동에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다.
학교 생활 중에 나타나는 문제행동을 6일간 관찰하여 부주의행동, 과잉행동, 충동적 행동을 표적행동으로 선정하였다.
표적행동은 주1회 미술시간(80분간)을 이용하여 음악전담교사와 본 연구자가 사전 3주간, 처치기간 12주간, 사후 3주간 관찰하였다.
리코더레슨활동은 음악전담교사와 리코더 강사로 활동 중인 동료 교사의 자문을 구해 아동들에게 익숙한 곡 12개를 선정하여 활동안을 작성한 후, 주3회 1회기당 40분씩 방과후 36회 교실에서 실시하였다.
연구결과는 문제 행동의 변화를 빈도로 나타내고, 학교생활의 변화는 교사용 평정 점수와 실제 학교 생활(수업 중의 태도, 쉬는 시간의 활동, 리코더 레슨 활동, 또래관계)을 분석하였다.
ADHD 아동들에게 리코더 레슨 활동을 적용한 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 리코더레슨활동이 ADHD 아동의 행동 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
둘째, 리코더레슨활동은 ADHD 아동의 학교 생활에 바람직한 영향을 미쳤다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the effects of recorder lesson activity on behavior problems of 3 children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder who were 3th-grade students in elementary school. They were selected as ADHD children through DSM-IV diagnosis criterion and ADHD rating scale.
The study compared and analyzed the frequency of the change of behavior problems and ACTeRS, and described the change of the actual school life, through the test during 3 weeks of pre-test, 12 weeks of intervention, and 3 weeks of post-test, selecting highly frequent behavior problems among problems that were appeared on behaviors as target behavior.
The study selected 12 pieces of music that were familar to children and made out a plan, consulting with music 2 teachers, and lessoned the same activity plan three times in a week - 40 minutes in a time and worked recorder lesson activity in the classroom for 12 weeks after school.
The results of recorder lesson activity are as the following;
First, the recorder lesson activity effected on the change of behavior problems (the inattention, the hyperactivity, the impulsive behavior) of ADHD children positively.
Second, the recorder lesson activity effected on the change of the school life (ADHD Rating Scale, learning attitude, break time behabvior, recorder lesson activity, peer relationship) of ADHD children properly.
