학교종합정보관리시스템의 운영실태분석 및 개선방안 = Analysis of the Operation Status and Improvement Methods of Integrated Information Management System for School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 교육행정정보화의 일환으로 교원업무의 경감 및 학교정보화의 조기정착을 도모하는 것을 목표로 1998년부터 보급하여 실시하고 있는 학교종합정보관리시스템의 운영실태를 파악하고 그 개선방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다.
이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 관련 선행연구자료 및 문헌을 고찰하였고, 이 시스템의 사용자와 운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다.
첫째, 학내망의 구축과 1교사 1PC의 보급 및 낙후된 컴퓨터에 대한 업그레이드 등을 통한 정보 인프라를 구축해야 한다.
둘째, 프로그램의 안정화를 기하고 불필요한 기능 및 불편한 기능에 대한 개선을 해야 한다.
셋째, 순수교육활동 이외의 학사업무를 담당할 전담자를 확보해야 한다.
넷째, 동호회 모임이나 동아리 모임을 활성화하고 사이버교육을 강화하여 정보 및 기능을 습득하게 하여 교원들의 시스템 사용에 대한 인식을 제고시켜야 한다.
다섯째, 학교장 연수 강화 및 학교평가 반영 등으로 이 시스템에 대한 관리자의 인식을 제고시키고, 전산환경의 변화를 수용할 수 있도록 제반규정을 개정해야 한다.
여섯째, 2인 이상이 시스템 운영을 분담하도록 하고 각종 포상을 통해 운영자의 사기를 진작시키며 탄력적으로 프로그램을 운영할 수 있도록 해야 한다.
일곱째, 각종 시스템 연수 및 컴퓨터 활용 교육으로 사용자의 정보화 능력을 신장시켜 효율적으로 정보화를 선도하도록 해야 한다.
이러한 결과는 계속적인 시스템 안정화 작업, 불편 사항의 개선, 교원의 업무경감 등을 이루어 학교 현장에 효율적으로 접목되므로 보다 나은 교육행정정보화를 이루는데 도움이 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The object of this research is to understand the circumstances of "Integrated Information Management System for School" used in school and to find out improvement methods of that. It was made in 1998 for the reduction of teacher's school affairs and the early settlement to the information-oriented school.
To achieve the object, prior research materials and documents referring to this research were given careful consideration and also conducted the questionnaire survey intended for the users and managers of this system. From the collected data, analyzed results are as follows :
First, Information base should be established, like the ways the foundation of school network, 1 teacher - 1 PC supply, computer upgrading and so on.
Second, It is needed the stabilization of the system software and reformation of unnecessary and inconvenient functions.
Third, There should be a manager in charge of school affairs, in addition to teaching activities.
Fourth, It is necessary to lead the teachers to a better understanding of this system. In order to do that, teachers should make good efforts to use it.
Fifth, The principal not only teachers should understand the importance of this system and try to get used to it. They need to revise the regulations related to computer circumstance that can accept the changeability
Sixth, System operating should be divided by over 2 people and stir up the morale of the system managers by giving the rewards.
Seventh, System users must be capable for information processing and lead the information community by means of various kinds of training using computers.
The results of this study will help teachers to reduce the school works and reform the inconvenience and the stabilization of the system. After all, when the results of this research are used for school management, they will contribute to better school administration.
