CAD를 이용한 교복디자인 개발 경로 연구 = Constructing Design Development Process using Computer aided Design

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 여자 고등학교 학생들의 교복을 개발하는데 있어서 학생, 교사, 학부모의 의견이 최대한 반영되는 체계적인 교복디자인 개발경로를 제시하는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 설문조사와 CAD시뮬레이션 기법을 조합하여 디자인을 제작하고 평가하는 디자인 개발경로를 설정하며 이 경로에 의해 교복디자인을 개발하였다. 설문조사는 인천여자공예고등학교의 학생 109명과 교사50명, 학부모 50명을 대상으로 1999년 5월부터 2000년 4월까지 실시하였으며 설문지 분석은 SPSS 7.0 FOR WINDOWS를 사용하였다. 그리고 영우실업에서 제작한 Texpia를 사용하여 교복디자인을 제작하고 평가하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다.
첫째, 세 집단 모두 교복이 필요하다고 생각하고 있었으며 현재 착용하고 있는 교복에 대해서 대체로 만족하고 있었다. 다소 불만족하고 있는 부분은 학생의 경우 "활동성"과 "더러워짐"이었으며 학부모의 경우 경제적인 부분과 관리적인 측면에서는 "방오성"과 "세탁성"이었다.
둘째, 교복선호도를 조사한 결과를 토대로 1차 교복디자인을 4종 제작하고 다시 선호도를 조사한 결과 테일러드 칼라, 단추 4개, 싱글 여밈의 허리가 들어간 상의 재킷과 밑에 맞주름이 들어간 일자형 스커트, 니트조끼를 가장 선호하였으며 바지도 동절기에는 긍정적으로 평가하였다.
셋째, 바라는 교복이미지와 제작된 교복이미지를 비교하여 분석한 결과 학생들은 보다 특이하고 귀여운 이미지의 교복을 원했으나 실제로는 단정하고 보편적인 교복스타일을 선택함으로써 단정한 이미지를 가장 중시하였다. 따라서 교복이미지조사는 교복디자인을 개발하는 데 별로 필요가 없는 것으로 드러났다.
넷째, 교복디자인을 1, 2차로 나누어 1차에서 여러 디자인을 제시하고 그에 대한 선호도를 평가하며 그 결과에 의해 2차 디자인 최종적으로 선정하는 디자인 개발 경로가 타당하였다. 이때 CAD시뮬레이션을 응용하면 디자인의 변형 및 수정이 효과적으로 진행될 수 있었다.
다섯 번째, 본 연구에서는 Texpia CAD라는 프로그램을 사용하였지만 포토샵이나 다른 프로그램을 이용하여 제작한 후 인터넷상에 띄워 어느 학교에서나 수월하게 교복기호도나 선호도를 조사하는 방안도 가능함이 본 연구 결과 밝혀졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to present a systematic uniform design development process that reflects the students, the school and parent's opinion to the utmost. In order to achieve this objective, both questionnaire and CAD simulation technique were used to construct design development process that produce and assess the design. The questionnaires were administered from May 1999 to April 2000, and were completed by 109 students, 50 teachers and 50 parents of Inchon Girl's Polytechnic High School. The questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 7.0 for windows. And the program 'Texpia' developed by Young Woo industries was used to produce and assess the uniform design.
The result of this study can be summarized as follows.
First, the three groups all thought that the uniform was required. They by and large were satisfied with the uniforms that is being worn presently. Some parts that were found unsatisfactory were for the students' case 'activity' and 'becoming soiled', and for parents case the economical and management side was chosen.
Secondly, on examining the preference of uniform design, the desired design comprised of jacket, blouse, knitted vest, necktie, skirt, pants and socks. In preference to the colors, red and grey was chosen with the color white for the blouse. The desired design of the jacket was a single jacket with tailored collar, four buttons and a slight tuck in the waist. Straight skirt with 2 box pleats at lower part, and knitted vest was most prefered. And pants during winter time was considered as preferable during winter time.
Thirdly, after comparing and analyzing the wanted uniform image and produced uniform image, students wanted their uniform to be special and cute image yet in choosing the tidy and universal style, the tidy image was thought most important. Therefore, the uniform image survey was determined unnecessary in developing the school unform design.
Fourth, the design development process should be done in two levels of preference surveys. First one should be done by proposing many designs and then assesing the preference. Final design should be chosen according to the results of survey. Using CAD simulation at this time made the change and modification of design more effective.
Fifthly. in this study, the program Texpia CAD was used. But according to this study, one can put it on the internet using Photoshop or other similar programs so any school can use it to survey their uniform preference.
