축구 선수들의 진로의식 및 진로선택에 관한 연구 = (A) Study of soccer players career consciousness and career choose

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학의 축구선수들의 진로의식에 대하여 운동을 하게 된 동기 및 목적, 운동(축구)부 활동에 대한 태도, 장래희망, 고민상담, 진로에 대한 태도, 진로선택, 직업관 등을 조사 분석하여 축구선수들의 진로방향을 모색하여 축구선수들의 자신에 대한 자각과 지도자들의 진로지도에 기여하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 연구는 전국대학팀에 소속된 축구선수들을 대상으로 문헌적 연구와 실증적 연구를 병행하였다.
질문지는 선수생활의 배경, 축구팀 활동에 대한 태도, 축구 선수들의 장래희망, 축구부 학생들의 고민 및 상담현황, 축구부 학생들의 진로에 대한 태도, 축구부 학생들의 진로선택, 축구부 학생들의 직업관에 대한 7개 항목으로 구성하였으며, 통계처리는 spss win 10.0의 프로그램을 통하여 기초 통계자료로 빈도분석을 사용하였으며, 가설에 따라 chi-square 검증을 통하여 본 연구의 결과를 얻었다.
본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 연구대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 선수 생활의 배경과의 관계에서는 학년에 따라 선수 생활의 배경은 출신 지역에 따라 운동을 시작하는 시기에 차이가 있었으며, 가계수준에 따라서 운동시기와 운동목적에 차이가 나타났고, 운동동기도 차이가 나타났다.
둘째, 부모의 레저활동은 축구선수들의 모든 면에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다.
셋째, 축구 선수 활동에 따라서 장래희망, 축구를 선택한 동기가 유의한 결과를 나타냈고, 선수들의 능력이 장래 희망에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 부모의 교육수준과 가계수준에 따라서 선수들의 진로방향과 진로의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 축구선수들의 상담현황을 살펴본 결과 학년에 따라 진로상담, 현재의 고민상담이 유의한 결과를 나타났다.
여섯째, 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 진로문제에서는 가계수준에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
그러므로 본 연구는 지금까지의 엘리트 스포츠 육성에서 선수들의 교육, 진로의식, 직업관에 대해서 커다란 관심을 두지 않았다. 그러나 축구선수들 모두가 대학을 졸업한 후 프로선수로 갈 수 없는 실정이므로 개인의 특성에 따라 직업을 선택할 수 있도록 코치나 감독 각 학교에서는 최선을 다하여 취업프로그램을 활성화시켜야 할 것이다.

This study aims to define the actual conditions of university soccer player and to explain their motives to being an athlete, their attitude to athletic performance, their approach to personal consultation, and the overall attitude of athletes to the profession and to life in general.
This study has been carried out to survey and analyze the sport For all soccer players by 325 inhabitants residing in universal.
This stydy also seeks to provide guidance for teachers and instructors as well as some useful data for guidance counseling.
For this study, after a review of current educational literature, a questionnaire was produced and distributed to
The conclusians wers as follows ;
1. On the analysis, the degree of satisfaction of general characteristics almost of students Unsatisfied.
2. As they showed at the survey of satisfaction, most of them feel that their events are not in accordance with their nature and aptitudes.
3. Most of them prefer to be physical educators in the future.
4. They eagerly want to talk over entering the good job. Also their managers, coaches and parents can affect fixing their future plans.
5. It was during their university days when they started to think about their future plan, and it appered that their parents agreed to their decision.
The reason why they want to enter graduate course of a university is to make their skills better and the main reason of their taking jobs instead of going to graduate course is the difficulty of going to graduate course of a university.
