경기장 공용시설의 다용도 활용을 위한 실내계획에 관한 연구 = Study of Interior for multi purpose community facilities of Stadium

국문 초록 (Abstract)

초기 경기장은 단지 경기와 관람만의 기능을 갖는 공익개념의 시설로 국한되어 출발하였다. 그러나 현대사회로 오면서 시설의 경제성과 사회적 요구로 인하 여 본연의 기능만으로는 사회적 시설로서 한계점에 다다르게 되었다. 이용자의 시설욕구에 부응하기 위한 시설수준향상 외에도, 경기 외 유휴시간동안의 다용 도 활용을 위한 복합적 기능이 도입된 시설 개념이 필요하게 되었다.
또한 스포츠 문화에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 각 지역의 경기장 시설 유치가 빈번해짐에 따라, 경기장이 지역의 거점역할로서의 의미가 높아지고 있음을 볼 때 지역과 연계하여 지속적, 적극적 시설활용이 필요하게 되었다.
본 연구는 이상의 목적을 이루기 위한 경기장 설계의 일환으로, 경기와 관람에 지장을 주지 않는 실내기능시설 중 공용시설에 다음과 같은 방향을 적용한 실내계획을 통하여, 새로운 시대적 요구에 부응할 수 있는 미래지향적 의미의 경기장 시설 계획이 되도록 한다.
첫째, 다용도 활용을 위한 편의성 강화.
둘째, 지역적 상징성을 도입한 차별화 된 디자인 채용으로 인지성 화보
셋째, 친화적 이미지의 디자인 적용으로 친근감 유발.
넷째, 수익성과 공익성의 조화를 통한 최대의 효율성 창출.
이에 본 작품은 시대흐름으로 인한 경기장의 사회적 시설로서의 의미의 변화를 인식하고 그에 따른 새로운 개념의 실내공용시설을 계획하는데 주력하였다.
본 연구는 총 4장으로 구성 진행하였다.
먼저 1장에서는 계획의 목적과 방법을 알아보고,
2장에서는 계획에 임하기 위한 사전조사로 국내외 종합경기장 공용시설의 현 황 및 운영형태를 조사, 비교하여 공용시설의 미래지향적 의미를 밝히고 이에 적합한 공간 이미지를 설정하였다.
3장에서는 2장에서 유형화한 공용시설의 공간이미지를 가지고 실제 건립계획 중인 종합경기장의 공용시설에 적용하여 계획을 구체화 시켰다.
마지막으로 4장에서는 본 연구의 종합적인 결론과 후행 연구를 위한 제안으로 서 논문을 마감하였다.
본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 실내 공용시설은 건축의 기본계획에서부터 고려되어야 한다. 경기장내에서의 규모산정 및 배치, 연관 시설, 동선 및 코아 계획 등 선결되어야 할 많은 숙제가 초기 건축 기본계획부터 고려되어, 동반 수행될 때 그 목적하는 결과 치에 훨씬 더 접근할 수 있다고 본다.
둘째, 종합경기장의 특징이자 문제점인 상업성의 한계를 극복하기 위하여 수익성 증대를 위한 과감한 운영 프로그램의 도입이 필요하다. 미온적이며 소극 적인 그간의 운영방식을 탈피하여 새로운 유료 수요를 창출하기 위한 공격적 경영사고와 합리적 운영 프로그램의 도입이 선행될 때 과감한, 그러나 장기적으로 보면 경제적인 계획이 이루어진다.
셋째, 입지 조건과 연계한 계획이 이루어져야 한다. 그간 건축적 외관 형태 말 고는 각 경기장의 특징을 나타낼 수 있는 시설요소가 별로 없었던 것이 사실이 다. 주 이용자가 될 지역주민의 정서가 반영된 지역성과 타 경기장과의 차별화를 이룰 수 있는 상징적 요소가 적극 반영된 시설계획이 필요하다.
넷째, 미래지향적 요소 도입, 종합경기장의 사용연한은 여타 건축물과 비교하여볼 때 절대 짧다고 볼 수 없다. 따라서 시설 유지를 위한 각종 설비 시스템과 디자인 등에 첨단의 방법을 도입할 필요가 있다. 현재와 가까운 미래에 안주하는 소극적 계획으로는 지속적인 수요와 활용을 기대하기 어렵기 때문이다.
마지막으로 이러한 계획의 수립과 진행을 위한 강력하고 개혁적인 의지를 위한 하나의 제안으로 민간차원의 기획 또는 민자유치에 의한 시행을 기대한다. 행정적인 사고의 제한을 탈피하여 독립 자생적인 냉철한 의지를 바탕으로 한 기획만이 미래를 대비할 수 있으며 진정한 의미의 공용시설로서 사용자와의 공유를 이룰 수 있을 것이다,
이상에서와 같이 본 작품은 우리나라 경기장의 미래지향적 개념으로 시작된 계획으로 점차 변해 가는 현대사회의 주 요구와 더불어 최근 진행 중인 경기장의 공용시설에 대한 비중 및 계획과정을 그 배경으로 삼아 작품대상으로서의 현실성과 당위성을 제시하고자 한다,

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Early stage of sports stadium starts as doing and viewing the game. It has limited function as public benefit facility. As society modernized, that function reached it's limitation because of facility's economic reason & demand of society. Due to these reasons, the facility need new concept with complex functions which can be utilized off the season or off the game. Also, as the culture of sports pays more attention to the public and the number of the games increased, the facility plays a role as center of local society.
The main purpose of this study is achieve above mentioned objectives as designing the facility as future prepare stadium. Details are as follows:
First, Enhancing convenience for the multi purpose.
Second, recognition as accepting region symbolized design.
Third, generating interests with familiar design.
Fourth, Maximize efficiency throw increasing profitability while contributing public interest.
This study focused on planning a new indoor public facility as recognize the change & demand the facility for stadium.
This study composed of total 4 chapters.
In Chapter 1, about objectives and approach of this plan.
In Chapter 2, investigate the current situation and management status of domestic & foreign stadium before start the plan. As a result, find out the future status of public facility and fix the suitable space image.
In Chapter 3, make the plan more details based on space image of community facility(as mentioned at Chapter 2) and apply this to currently under constructing stadium.
In Chapter 4(last Chapter), closed this thesis as total conclusion and suggestion for next thesis.
The conclusion of this study as follows:
1st, the indoor public facility must be considered from the early stage of starting plan. Pre-required works, for example scale of the facility and arrangement, related facilities, circulation and core plan, must be considered from the early stage and combined and can be reached as planned.
2nd, introducing management program for increasing net profit for the purpose of overcoming commercial limitation. By escaping from conservative and negative existing management and introducing new management of positive and reasonable management can generate economic plan.
3rd, the plan must be connected to geographical conditions. Until now, there is no facilities which has their own character except appearance. We need plan which has Local Character and differentiation of the stadium of the residence who will be a main user.
3rd, introduce future purpose factor. The life of stadium is not short compare to other buildings. For this reason, the plan need introduce modernized different kinds of system and design. We can not expect constant demand and use without this.
At final, for the harmonious progress of this plan, we expect administering support from private plan and private capital. As escaping from limitation of fixed concept and planning with dependent and positive attitude can make this community facility as a part of the community.
Main purpose if this study is proposing realism and demands by showing our public facility which change with demand from change of society and plan of new concept of public facility.
