학급 홈페이지 활용에 따른 교사-학생간의 친밀감과 신뢰감의 발달 = (The) Impact of Class Homepage for Developing Intimacy & Trust between Teacher and Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 학급 홈페이지의 활용이 교사와 학생간의 인간관계에서 친밀감과 신뢰감의 발달에 어떤 영향을 미칠 수 있는가에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 학급 홈페이지를 사용하고 난 후 학생이 교사에 대해 친밀감과 신뢰감이 증가될 것이라는 가설을 갖고 학급 홈페이지를 사용하지 않는 학급과 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 척도는 친밀감척도(이용남,1991)로 정서적 친밀감과 행위적 친밀감으로 요인 분석하였으며, 신뢰감척도(John M. Wilson & James L. Carroll,1991)는 부정적 신뢰감과 긍정적 신뢰감으로 요인 분석하였다. 그런 후에 학급 홈페이지의 유무와 인터넷 활용수준(거의 매일, 1주일에 2-3회 사용:상집단, 1달에 2-3회 사용:중집단, 거의 사용하지 않음:하집단)에 따라서 교사와 학생간의 친밀감과 신뢰감에 차이가 나는지를 살펴보았다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학생이 담임교사에 대해 느끼는 정서적 친밀감은 홈페이지의 유무와 활용수준에 따라 증가되는 유의미한 결과를 나타내었다. 둘째, 행위적 친밀감은 학급 홈페이지의 유무에 따라 증가되는 유의미한 결과를 나타내었지만 활용수준에 대해서는 유의미한 결과가 나오지 않았다. 셋째, 부정적 신뢰감은 유의미한 결과를 나타내지 않았다. 넷째, 긍정적 신뢰감은 학급 홈페이지의 유무에 따라 증가되는 유의미한 결과를 나타내었고 활용수준에 따라서는 유의미한 결과가 나오지 않았다. 따라서 교사와 학생간의 친밀감과 신뢰감을 증진시키는데 학급 홈페이지의 유무가 중요하며, 특히 홈페이지 활용을 많이 할수록 정서적 친밀감이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 사이버공간에서 학급 홈페이지를 통한 의사소통이 교사와 학생간의 친밀감과 신뢰감을 높이는데 효과가 있으며 이러한 의사소통을 바탕으로 학생들을 올바른 지도를 용이하게 만들 것이다. 그러므로 학급 홈페이지의 활용은 학생들의 조화로운 발전에 기여할 것을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The research is done to find out the influences, which attain the practical use of class Homepage in relation to their closer friendship and confidence among themselves of the human relations between teachers and students. For the research, I have used a hypothesis for the analysis by saying that after using class Homepage, students have increased their closeness and confidence towards teachers compared to those students who do not use class Homepage.
The research used measurement methods such as intimacy measurement (Lee, Y-N 1991) to analyze the factor of emotional intimacy measurement and behavioral competency, and for confidence measurement (John M Wilson & James L. Carroll,1991), the use of positive, or negative reliance of main cause are analyzed. After this, the existence or non-existence of the class Homepage, and used two-way method to analyze the intimate and their reliance between teachers and students according to their practical use of application (almost everyday, use 2∼3 times per week: upper class group, use 2∼3 times per month' middle class group, use rarely: lower class group). The results are as follows. Firstly, for students to feel emotionally close towards their teachers showed significant increase according to the level of application whether theres an existence or non-existence of the Homepage. Secondly, behavioral intimacy of whether the class Homepage exists or not, the results showed a significant increase but the level of use came out to be insignificant. Thirdly, negative reliance resulted to be insignificant as well. Fourthly, positive reliance resulted a significant increase whether the class Homepage exist or not To increase close friendship and confidence between teachers and students, the existence or non-existence of the class Homepage played a vital role, and in terms of the emotional confidence, the level of practical use played an important part. For teachers and students to have warm and respective human relations, it was not wrong to stress the importance of the way of communicating through cyberspace. And also the use of class Homepage suggests that it will contribute in developing harmony among students.
