유치원 원감의 역할갈등에 관한 연구 = (A) Study of the vice-principals's role conflict in Kindergarten

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 유치원 원감이 겪는 역할갈등에 대해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 원감이 유치원에서 겪는 역할갈등에 대한 전반적인 경향을 알아보고 이것이 개인적, 조직적 특성에 따라 영향을 받는지를 알아보았다.
이에 따른 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다.
1. 유치원 원감이 겪는 역할갈등은 어떠한가?
2. 유치원 원감의 역할갈등에 영향을 주는 개인적, 조직적 특성은 무엇인가?
본 연구 도구는 유치원 원감의 역할갈등을 알아보기 위한 설문지로서 유아교육 전문가 3인에게 내용타당도를 검증받았다. 또한 이 설문지는 총 27문항으로 되어 있으며, 이 갈등에는 역할갈등, 역할 모호성, 지도성 유형, 자아존중, 갈등 및 모호성 해소경험과 방법 등의 5가지의 하위영역 구성되어 있으며, 역할갈의 각각 하위 영역을 5점 척도로 체크하도록 되어 있다. 수집된 자료는 빈도 분석, t-test, 일원 변량 분석 등을 이용하여 분석하였다.
본 연구의 결과를 보면 다음과 같다.
1. 유치원 원감이 갈등은 역할갈등, 역할 모호성, 지도성 유형 등과 유의미한 차이를 보였다.
2. 원감의 역할갈등은 개인적, 조직적 요소에 의해 영향을 받았는데, 원감의 연령, 원감 경력에 따라 역할갈등의 정도가 달라지는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims to examine what the vice-principals of role in Kindergarten are important and to analyze the their role conflict and depending upon personal and organizational characteristics or not.
The specific questions of the study are as follows.
1. What is the role conflict of vice-principals in Kindergarten?
2. what are the personal and organizational characteristics that affect to the role conflict of vice-principals in Kindergarten?
The tool used in this study was gone through validity with 3 specialists in early childhood education, did a factor analysis. The model is composed of total 27 questions that have 5 subordinate section such as role conflict, role vagueness, leadership type, ambiguity, cancelation's experience and method of conflict and vagueness. Each of role conflict has 5 scale. Collected data was analyzed using frequency analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA.
Following are the summary of this study
1. For the role conflict of vice-principal in Kindergarten, it was revealed that showed meaningful difference with role conflict, role vagueness, leadership type.
2. Examining the factors, which affect to the role conflict of vice-principals in
Kindergarten, age, career as a vice-principal in kindergarten affect to role conflict.
