국문 초록 (Abstract)

"기업은 인재요 인재는 기업이다. 사원의 능력수준 이상으로 기업은 발전하지 않는다" 21세기 지식경제 사회에서 초우량 기업이 되기 위해서는 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 인재의 경쟁력 확보라고 할 수 있다.
인재육성의 방법으로는 전통적으로 집체교육을 해오고 있었으나 컴퓨터를 기반으로 한 첨단 Technology의 발달 특히 초고속망의 실용화로 교육훈련의 방법도 원격교육 시스템의 활용이 증가되고 있다.
원격교육시스템의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 선행연구 결과를 토대로 살펴봄으로서 보다 효과적인 학습요인을 분석하고자 연구하였다..
본 연구를 통해서 전반적인 학습 효과를 높이기 위해서는 기술요인으로서는 인지된 매체를 풍부하게 사용하여야 하며 설계요인으로서는 상호작용의 정도, 화면구성, 정보제공기능이 우수하여야 하며 교수자 요인으로서는 학습내용의 준비도가 중요하며 학습자요인으로서는 지각된 유용성이 우수하여야 전반적인 학습 효과를 높일 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.
본 연구는 정보 인프라가 잘 구축되어진 환경에서 원격교육시스템의의 학습효과를 높이는데 필요한 요인을 발견하였다는 데에 매우 큰 의의가 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

"A company is an efficient staff and he is the company" The company can not develop beyond the ability of the staff. The most important thing is to have many competent employees to be one of best companies in the knowledge based society of the 21 century.
In the method of human resources development, there has been in class education but it is expanded to use the distance learning system based on the information high technology, especially the practical use of superhigh speed networks.
The use of the distance learning system was observed against the primary
factors which were drawn by reviewing prior research.
Through this reserach, I drew the conclusion that it possible to improve the effect of education when the system must use well-known media frequently on the technical side, the excellence of interaction levels, screen organization and information supply function in the design part, and the well organized lesson plan by teachers, and using knowledge of the learners.
Through this research, I'll emphasize that the neceessaty factors were found to raise the efficiency of education in distance learning under well-organized infomation infrastructure.
