효과적인 경쟁정보 수집활동 기법에 관한 연구 = (A) study on the techniques for the effective competitive intelligence collection activity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문의 목적은 중요한 정보수집을 어떻게 효과적으로 수행할 것인지를 제안하여 그러한 활동을 체계화 시키는 것에 있다. 체계화 되지 않는 정보수집 활동은 그 수집의 비용이나 시간을 상당히 소비할 것이며, 정확한 수집활동도 기대하기가 힘들다. 하지만 정보수집활동이 체계화 되어있다면 시간이나 비용의 절감효과 만이 아니라 수집된 정보의 정확성도 증가할 것이다. 특히 경쟁조건도 예측할 수 없는 경쟁자들을 항상 모니터링 해야하는 요즘의 환경에서는 더더욱 체계화된 프로세스가 필요한 것이다.
본 논문은 정보수집 활동을 정보통신 수단을 이용한 온라인 활동을 강조하여 오프라인의 활동에 드는 비용과 시간을 최소화 시키는데에 초점을 맞추었다. 정보는 막연한 개념으로 수집을 할 때에는 상당한 비용과 시간이 들어가며, 이는 곧 막대한 손실로 연결될 것이다. 오직 체계화된 수집활동만이 그러한 손실을 막을 수 있으며, 이는 곧 체계화된 프로세스를 요구하는 것이다. 본 논문은 이러한 체계적인 프로세스를 3단계로 나누어 단계별의 기법을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The object of this paper is to suggest how to perform the important information collection activity effectively and make it systematic. Unsystematic information collection activity consumes too much time and money with no guarantee of the accuracy for the collected one. But the systematic collection activity will save the time and money with the increase of the accuracy. Especially in the contemporary environment the systematic process is very essential to monitor the unexpected competitors all the time.
This paper focuses on emphasizing the on-line activity using information communication technology, minimizing the spending of time and money in off-line activity. The information collection takes up too much time and money when there is no clear conception for it, leading to great loss.
Only the systematic collection activity can prevent the loss and this requires a systematic process.
This paper divides this process into 3 stages and suggests the techniques for each stage.
