다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Casino indusoy is to be on the point of generalization for Korean with Kangwon Land Co. in October, 2000. The success of casino indusuy is depend on the service quality. And employee's job satisfaction deride the success of casino industry. Service quality influence employee's knowledge, entertaining guesss etc.
Agreement in the above opinion, the casino employee's job satisfaction is a course of sevice quality. In this study, the survey is examined by employee(who service customers face to face) about job satisfaction and service quality.
Employee's job sansfaction is significant of the difference between men and women, marriage status, majored tourism, orders and experience. But there is no significant of learning with jo satisfaction. And service quality is significant to the diffeience between men and women, marriage status, age, orders, experience and learning. But there is no significant to majored tourism. Employee's job satisfaction and service quality has significant correlation with t-value, F-value.
This study have several limitations. First, this study is examined by one casino company due to imbalance among casino companies(location, scale, sale). Second, it was difficult to this study to collect dat.
