建設業VE의 體系的 推進方案에 關한 硏究 = (A) Study for the Systematic Promotion Method of VE in the Construction Industry

This study aims to propose a systematic promotion method of VE in the construction industry in order to maximize the effect of VE activities.
The systematic promotion method proposed in this study can be summarized as follows:
(1) the VE activiy must be performed in each steps including sales step, designing step, purchasing step, and construction step systematically.
(2) every employee in each step must be involved voluntary, and a task force team must be constituted in case of necessity depending the VE theme.
(3) the VE activity has to pursue a better rather than the best.
(4) the various techniques and appropriate approach method must be applied to the VE activity depending on the VE theme.
