    Today education has turned to be a measure of securing material possessions by transmitting knowledge and technique.
    This situation is largely due to the social thought which puts materials first in importance rather than spiritual value. Human education is the educational conception which means an attempt to tide over inhumanness, the wrong effect of modern education.
    And human education is the educational conception which attempts to rehablitate the essential function of education substantially.
    Human education has appeared as an ideal concept of education today, but has not been practised effectively in classrooms and taken it's right way yet.
    However, we can find some religious pioneers in history who have great influence on human civilizations ceaselessly with their thoughts and ideas. So Tae San is one of the greatest religious teachers in recent Korean history.
    He diagnosed. modern society as a crisis that human beings find themselves to the servitude of materialism which is merely a man-made product. He emphasized that in curing modern world human education ,which teaches us howtouse materials for human needs effectively and fairely, is demanded. He also suggested that human education which teachs how to use one's mind is essential to education in every field.
    Besides, he explained human nature on two different aspects. On the one hand human's original nature was explained as follows.
    1. The absolute dignity
    2. The infinite possibility
    On the other hand, it was suggested that everyone's individual character has been formed by his past karma(act) because his eternal life extends to the past, present and future.
    In addition, he stated the three principles of human education as follows:
    1. Principle of development of human original nature
    2. Principle of harmony of various training courses
    3. Principle of structure by intellectual intuition
    He also mentioned that in the method of teaching, we must make each curriculum conform with moving or being quiet and have the two courses assist each other.
    He set the ultimate goal of human education in building human spirit and body fully integrated, and having material civilization and spiritual civilization keep harmony with each other.
